Here at The United Armies we've been working closely with our Protectorate, The Manhattan Cartel. We aren't happy with the attacks primarily by GOONS but extend this to the rest of IQ. The United Armies recognises attacks on The Manhattan Cartel and declares war on BK, GOONS, NPO, Camelot and GotG. We will not rest until Orbis is free from this vermin. United we Stand. Divided we Fall.

After consulting with people in BK and around Orbis, I do believe there is a suspicion that an account or bot got compromised by another individual in this community. After seeing BK remove more than half of its members (with more still dropping), I think it's necessary to point out that this sort of action will not be tolerated by any regardless of Coalition. I really hate what BK does and says, but genuinely best of luck in bringing your community back to order and resolving this situation. If it is a hack, maybe @Alex can intervene. No one deserves to have their alliance nor community destroyed. I will personally do everything in my power to bring any party involved to justice for actions that should never occur in Orbis. These attacks are despicable. This is a game, and we're supposed to have fun and perhaps engage in some politics. Even if some can't understand that, we should never make it personal or threaten a community. Sorry, to go on this tirade, but I'm pretty pissed off right now about this situation. At the moment, TKR v BK is irrelevant. BK got attacked in an unjustifiable and unacceptable manner. Whoever is doing this, you just made things so much worse for everyone involved. tl;dr: frick whoever did this. Note that I've come to these conclusions myself.

Thing is, hacking you is above us. We don't support this action in any way and we gladly help finding the one responsible for that. And Coalition B knows enough about breaking agreements, stabbing in the back of their allies, trying to find loopholes in the games rules, attempting to kill off opponent communities, forcing alliances to disband, gaslighting, misleading and lying to pretty much everyone in this game, even their own members. You aren't in a position to make such false accusations just to distract from everything that you have done.

Yeah, I'm all for blood feuds and other in-game shenanigans but actively trying to destroy an alliance/community via compromised information is non-grata. If that person is caught I hope they're permabanned.

We use to be on Monday night but we switched to Friday night to be more accessible to people. The show occurs at 9 PM EST. The format is simple. Hacking and cheating are the fastest ways to destroy the integrity the game and the enjoyment derived from it. Since it bears repeating: We're not going to be super torn up if people delete because they feel entitled either to winning wars or, more generally, to the universal acceptance of their preferred style of gameplay. The absence of either of those things won't "ruin" someone's game. If anyone claims we forced them to delete, that's on them. We don't have access to the accounts of our IC adversaries, and no one can hit the delete button for anyone else. Unless, of course, someone gains access to others' accounts illicitly, which is what appears to have happened here. Regardless of what happened here, cheating and hacking are wrong and should be punished to the maximum extent of our IC and OOC abilities. Your tiptoeing towards a justification of this isn't much better. Hacking actually does ruin someone's game, and the threat of hacking or tolerance of hacking (by the player base) ruin's everyone's game. Posts like this make you, at best, a useful idiot and at worst an apologist and de facto accomplice.

There's a difference between being indifferent about players deleting on their own will to making it your goal to have alliances suffer from players deleting from the game.

From a purely strategic pov IQ has been playing it perfectly, having used every possible satelite they could, including mostly upper tier alliances like TCW, t$ HS and CoA to their advantage at some point during this war, namely at the right time to drag the opposition down. Being perfectly honest idk if this ballsy move from TCW will work, IQ's updeclare ceiling may already be high enough to allow them to safely drag their newest opponents down and maintain the rest in the shit tier. They have used all their proxies during this war tremendously well, so overlooking PR consequences and just analyzing military strategy, I must commend them on their approach. However as we all know in this game, PR matters, but only if you're not going for a complete chokehold of the game, which (even though I haven't been in the loop) is obviously what IQ has been trying to do since the war began - and I won't judge. Only doubt for me at this point is if it's already too late for IQ's opponents. Good news is idgaf and, if y'all excuse me, I'm gonna return to my hibernation and play a far better free browser game. That's your objection? ? As for TCW, I have this to say. When I started playing again, you were hiding behind TKR, and you left them to do the heavy work in the lower tiers in 69dw. Not a good look there. Later, after Knightfall, you swapped sides to BKsphere. After the war was done and peaced, of course, so you certainly can't be called disloyal for that, but still not a great look for you. Then, more recently, you plotted an aggressive war to "repair your military reputation", as if participating in a dogpile against a pre-rolled opponent could accomplish that. Still, at least it showed some initiative. As this war dragged on, though, you actually started to show real improvement. Despite being in the least advantageous tiering of your coalition, and despite being treated like absolute shit by your 'allies', you held true to your responsibilities and fought for way, way longer than could be reasonably expected of any alliance. But most importantly, you chose to honor your obligations despite the strength of the opposition against you, and despite that action removing your safety net. IMO, that alone gives you a solid reputation as a genuine fighting alliance. You've earned my respect, both as an enemy and as a friend. I sincerely hope this works out for you.

I understand you’re a micro and are new at this, but the war has been ongoing for the majority of the last year and already has a name: Dial Up War. If you ever need to look something up to ensure you have context on situations before you post - there is usually a wheel in the middle of the two buttons on your mouse. If you scroll down on the ‘Alliance Affairs’ and ‘Orbis Central’ with said wheel, you can locate previous material to go through to have a better understanding of the world around you. A member of an AA who made it their goal to keep the war going till players delete, and is forcing their own allies to their own demands is talking about morals here. Whats factually true in this situation by the way?

We always have had problems with lower tiers, namely not having any so I would not call it hiding exactly. I wouldn´t call getting dropped for swapping sides either. Aggressively failing at plotting a war "to rebuild military rep" and getting months old logs of those leaked doesn´t show much initiative either, if anything it shows more improvement is needed in member selection and OPSEC. The choice to honour existing bloc treaty against honouring a treaty with our biggest ally at time broke by attacking our Cock-bloc was literally no choice either, it just had to happen no matter the fact that our nations may very well end up next to Colo A nations just burned to the crisp for next few months or till the game dies, who knows. And as for safetynet well that has really not existed for us as we kind of knew after KnightFall and especially during this global the powers that be on Orbis will kick anyone to curb as soon as they are done with them...

Unless this proposed change is accompanied by other changes to your war system, this will skew things in the direction of the winners way too much and remove a lot of strategy and opportunity for nations to try and recover.

Everything peaceful comes to an end. Federation of Commerce States recognizes hostilities with GOONS and GoG. Ironclad had already declared war on GOONS and we are the last member to do so, lets set a blaze to these war starters, our neutrality in Orbis has come to an end.

Well this sucks, illegal acts can never be tolerated and part of any community even one as toxic as this one. Leaving the morality of committing a less visious crime on a known criminal (trying to force folks out game is as bad as it gets for Orbis, some Thanos level supervillain stuff) out of this, I think the reasoning if you don´t want it done to you, don´t promote it being done to others applies here just fine . Also I´m sorry IQ has put so much pressure on the hacker that they felt their only way out or to get even was to commit a crime. I´m also sorry for the sad state of Orbis were people might think two wrongs might make a right and blame a victim no matter how well deserving or not. I completely agree but we shouldn't be so hasty to come to conclusions. If there was foul play involved, why would someone go through each nation and remove them and not just disband and delete?

Honestly you could fix this by just giving nations biege time when any war expires if the resistance the nation has is below a certain amount. While not applying loot/infra damage as no one won the war. This would be like the united nations enforcing a ceasefire in a war and stopping future conflict for a short time. This would incentivize winning the war instead of just not ending it. Effectively this would allow bieges to serve there original purpose

Devil's Advocate spin here. In the log dumps, it was pretty clear their gov didn't care about people leaving/quitting the game. So I wouldn't be surprised if someone decided to take it upon themselves to ruin their game too.
