  1. There is an exploit in game that allows anyone to gauge, with complete accuracy, the amount of money held by any given nation. I am attaching a link here of the cash holdings of all the nations in game, as proof of my claim http://168.235.72.220/data.json I was aware of this exploit for the past few weeks, and I requested former PW player Vulcha (Vulcha#1574 on discord) to build this page for me. I was initially planning to use this information for my personal monetary benefit, but I eventually changed my mind and decided to report it. I am unaware of the technical intricacies of this bug, but I hope it will be addressed at the earliest.

  2. It seems to be an actual value. I have 28,931,589.65 on me and it says that I got 28,931,590 on me. I have done spy ops in the last few hours and it should be untrackable how much it cost me to do these, yet it's still completely accurate. If you want to you can put $100b on my nation though to test if it picks that up.

  3. Come on now, UPN doesn't need to disband. And nobody's forcing them to. All they really need to do, in no particular order, is learn how to wage war properly (it's called an offshore, look it up), own up to and apologize for the indefensible actions of their de-facto leader and long-time spokesperson (for once), and fully reinvent their identity so that they're no longer indelibly a completely unfunny joke. The fact that disbandment would be by far the fastest and most realistic way to achieve these things doesn't mean that TJest is going to go full NPO on them.

  4. To everyone else - I believe we have this resolved now. I chatted with @Borg who was able to point me in the right direction as to how someone may have been able to use the raw data in the "Money in Nations Histogram" chart on the data visualization page to get every nation's cash-on-hand value. That chart simply returned every nation's cash-on-hand amounts for the purposes of constructing a histogram (the page has now been disabled) but with no identifying information. It seems that this data happened to be sorted by a nation's score (ascending) by default, as no ordering was specified in the code. Still, there are many duplicate score values and just comparing this to a list of nations sorted by score would create some inconsistencies. Borg suggested that one of the API pages may also be sorted by score, and sure enough the v1 "Nations" API endpoint is sorted by score descending. So: a user would have simply needed to scrape the data from the graph page, and pull in data from the v1 API and reverse it to match nation IDs to cash-on-hand values. With the graph page now disabled, that ought to render this whole process impossible, and we shall see shortly whether or not this page is able to update with correct values or not.

  5. Out of the top ten alliances only 1 is a day one alliance. Which means every single alliance has had to start from scratch and build themselves up. I say this as the leader of an alliance that worked its way into the top 10 alliances in the game, and in my opinion is currently the best alliance in the game. How did Grumpy do it? We used existing relationships to start an alliance of about 5-8 people, got protection from one of the largest alliances in the game so that we could grow without getting destroyed, and there were people out there that wanted to absolutely roll us, whats up the 37th version of Test at the time. Then by adhering to a strict vision of how I wanted my alliance to run, we have been able to grow and become one of the most feared alliances in the game. This didn't happen in 3 weeks tho, this took like 2-3 years.

  9. Hey All! I completed a quick search about this and did not see any similar suggestions, so here I am. I am here to propose a project that could change the face of upper-level combat. Right now, cities have independent power sources. In the real world, this is rarely true, and it is common for cities to have multiple grids linked to multiple external power sources. As a quick example, a freak weather pattern sent 6 tornadoes through my IRL city a few years ago (we never get tornadoes at all, let alone 6 at once). Our power lines were a mess, especially the main line leading from our main source. The good news was that we were already linked into other power sources and shared some power from neighbouring cities and towns, as a temporary solution (there was some power rationing in a couple neighbourhoods where the infrastructure was quite badly hit). This brings me to my project suggestion: Energy Distribution Cost: 1,000 Iron, 10,000 Steel, and 5,000 Aluminum, as well as 250,000,000 cash (I haven't spent the time to balance the numbers, which honestly would be hard to calculate) Pre-requisites: Centre for Civil Engineering, City Planning Effect: Excess energy from a city is redirected to cities in need. For example, if one of 11 cities loses power, and there is sufficient power surplus in the remaining 10 cities and is enough to supply power to the city that lost power, it would behave as though it was not without power. this would be beneficial in two situations: 1. having vast surplus power usage or potential because of chosen infrastructure numbers would lead to improvement slot savings in a few cities. 2. Being blockaded AND having your power destroyed may become less devastating if you are already fighting a losing battle. Again, this would be for upper-tier play, and as of yet, I am only at C10, so I don't know how viable it is, but I thought I would propose it. Edit: the price has been lowered from the initially proposed 500m to 250m, based on some of the feedback (and also noting that income is not exponential to city-counts)

Which would be the most convoluted explanation possible: a bot capable of tracking hidden transactions (e.g. spy ops / purchases) / infra + land levels over time / domestic policies used when buying infra + projects / military replenished over time (with adjustments to price of said military units in line with changelog updates) / daily login bonuses / etc. etc. Orrrrr..... Occam's razor. The most simplest solution: There is an exploit. Now considering it's 100% accurate as of each turn change imma go out on a limb here and suggest it might just be the most obvious explanation. It updates each turn change.

  21. Currently alot of the nations in the game are reaching a point where there’s not much more they can do with projects. As such I would like to suggest adding “super” projects to the game. These projects are very expensive projects costing in the billions. They are unique in that they provide two different bonuses. They provide a unique bonus to the nation that builds them and they also provide a small bonus to the alliance that the nation is apart of. As these projects are very expensive it would require a nation saving for a long time to build them or an alliance working together to get them built. Nations that build them would get both the alliance and host nation bonus applied to their nation. Additionally, the alliance effect would not stack if an alliance had multiple projects. They would be built and count as a project slots like any other project. Here are some examples I thought off. I am not specially suggesting these as I didn’t put much thought into the numbers, they are just examples of how this could work.   26. No it's not. We rely on reports and have never punished anyone for making a report before, whether it turned out to be a real rules violation or not. I issued you a warning for your previous post as you are clearly flaming @Sri Lanka 001 after he reported you for using the same language. I don't think this report is so bad as to warrant an in-game moderation action, but this is a notice to be more respectful in the future.

Hitting UPN is a way of life for me, I never change my target frick you, if at any point during the war you want me to change targets I'd gladly suggest you go frick yourself. I follow absolutely no type of war strategy, if you wanna give orders, give them to each other, don't you dare to bring that shit to me. All I know how to do is go in there. Now let's go team.

  37. If you'd read the report, you'll see that when they all joined the game the answer I got was that they were an anime community and they all joined because of a ping in an anime server. What actually happened was that a manhwa that was listed on another Discord server, called Hidden Wonderland, was removed and put under restricted access in the GPWC only for people who signed up and created a P&W nation. They then told these new players to setup farm builds and do nothing but login once every 15 days. The guides on NPO's website explicitly stated that they would receive access to the manhwa in exchange. I dug through a lot of evidence to get this right.

While i have some reservations on the leniency taken here, I am appreciative that action was taken on the lying, cheating perpetrators of this despicable action.
