The Previous incarnation of the republic was weak minded and psychopathic, it was wrought with chaos and corruption, making war of it's very own people and the in-ability to survive. After decades of civil war, corruption and government in-ability the nation is finally reborn under a new flag, a united people. The History is long and bloodied and it will be saved for a time but as of now the important things to know are this: Three years ago a new authority within the military began to split from the central authority. This was during a time of turmoil and chaos so while the military and government where fighting each other as much as the population several prominent factions within the armed forces declared themselves the hearlds of a revolution. They helped to awake the people to the true nightmare they live in and the failure of our nation. Under their guidance the Armed forces once again reunited into one faction and crushed the political opposition in the senate and Office of the president. With Political Opposition destroyed the military began making moves to bring order to the chaos that was the Armed Republic. The streets where swell with violence as the people cried out desperate and the government coward behind walls. The government was removed from power, swiftly and quietly as if the lokairan way. The armed forces arrested the president and removed him to an unknown holding area alongside several government ministers. Several more ministers where moved by the military to replace those that they arrested and quickly began the systematic assassinations, kidnappings and sabotages of anyone loyal to the old regime. Many military officers where also quietly dissipated and charged with High Treason to the nation. The president himself was publicly executed within 52 hours of the takeover as the military announced the new Interim Reconstructive Authority. The Authority was brutal, but necessary as the streets where still swelled with violence, the nation was to be rebuilt but at a cost never seen before by the people. Three years later and on this day The Lokairan Reconstructive Authority is to finally be replaced. The time has come and the new government is ready to lead. The Republic of New Lokaira Stands once more. The Council now rules our nation as a strict militarized society based around military service and importance to the nation. In order to be considered for the council or other ministry positions you must first be a member of the armed forces and have served the nation. The council consists of 3 groups. The Low council which handles all matters of minor state affairs and acts as a supreme court to the civil population It also directly represents matters of Civil Affairs. The General Council acts as a parliament, drafting and passing legislation and laws while also eleceting members to the High council, which consists of 12 members and act as one entity. Ruling on finial decisions, Important matters of state and the future of our nation. With the Initial Elections finished and the Government in place all matters of state will be officially transferred and the Lokairan Reconstructive Authority will be formally merged back into the Armed Forces as of midnight. But is this truly to be different from our past? The New Government promises war and victory, they showcase order and loyalty, yet these are the very traits that the previous rules also fell too. This is indeed a historic moment for our people, what will the future bring? who knows but what we do know is that the past is gone and the ashes will finally settle but as they do, the war machines begins once more.

Dial Up War, CHAOS whale tier already beat to hell, Grumpy still kickin, 2 weeks: 600 billion in damage and counting. KNIGHTFALL WAS A FAKE WAR

It should not still be 3 military action points. If you gonna nerf it at least make it cost the least amount of MAPs.

The eternally great and infinite Empire of Calondia declares war on Britannia Emperor Mayor thought about all the recent times over the years that Britannia and Lelouch has conquered Calondia, dived it up between Britannian puppets and satellite nations. There was the Calondia resistance, the partition, the occupation, and years of strife and conquest. The ancient great Empire of Ancient Calondia was a distant memory these days. All overseas territories lost or snatched up by Lelouch and his goons. We have always been enemies, since the days of old, the Witch Wars, the Umbrella plague, there was never a time when Britannia looked favorably upon this eternal glorious country. Well now the time has come. Calondia is strong again. We have power again. We can reconquer and liberate our stolen peoples and unite our ancient empire! The last stepping stone on our path to global domination is upon us. We will rule and we were always meant to. Lost in his thoughts the adviser next to the emperor from the Rose alliance was patiently waiting. "Uh, Sir?" The timid man, only in his thirties, says meekly awaiting a response. And of course his fuming, angry, constantly grunting look on his face. "What are you talking about Sir? We have priorities. We have to deal with the economy and finishing off the remnants of the IQ rebellion. We can't have Calondia go gallivanting off into-" During his speech though the floor creaked loudly and trembled; terror rushed through the assistants face. Of course.. The emperor had a fondness for trap doors when people were annoying him. And the assistant fell into an unknown pit that led to an unknown place, as no one had ever been seen again. They could never understand my feelings on-" However the emperor stopped in mid sentence as he noticed the assistant climbing up back out of the pit in the middle of the room. "Uh Sir? I am terribly sorry but it seems you have never cleaned this pit out. It is filled with garbage and... well bodies from... is that Mr. Johnson? Is this where he went?" The Emperor was puzzled, this had never happened before, he thought the pit was bottomless. Of course.. those nasty contractors had cheated him out! They claimed the pit to never end but here is his assistant standing right to his side again! What nerve! "Well... Tell the Rose alliance I will deal with their problems... As I always do, once I complete my final objective.. Once I conquer my worst enemy! Britannia! They will die by my hands!" And with that said the Emperor stood up, turned around dramatically, shoulders squared, cape flying in the air, his crown shining gloriously, jewels glittering and reflecting the tiniest bit of sunlight entering the room. He felt invincible, nothing could stop him, not when he was at the peak of his power. He walked with an objective, a mission, and nothing could get in his way. "Uh Sir? Sorry to bother you but... that hallway is under repair, you have to take the door behind me." The emperor stopped, grimacing as he always does, turned around and reached for the trap door button on his desk. "Uh... Sir? The trap door is... Well..." "Silence!" the emperor shouted, he then reached for his phone and called his generals. "Yes, this is Mayor. Fuel up the bombers and ground forces! We are going to war!" "Yes, Yes.... Yes I know we are at war with IQ. Yes.. I know. They are insignificant. I of course mean our greatest enemy. Yes.. Yes, I know. The other greatest enemy. Yes. Yes Britannia. Yes, okay good." He promptly hung up the phone, sat down again and leaned back in his chair. A slight smile formed on his face before he again frowned at the sight of his assistant. The emperor waved him away so he could be by himself, moments like these needed to be treasured. And this was a great moment. He would finally get his just revenge.

People who cling to the concepts of a "fair and balanced rp" in a nation sim. Are basically trying to make a game on top of this one.. which isn't necessary. They think that fair and balanced is defined by arbitrary rules.. and it isn't. You want a fair and balanced game, rely on the system as it has been created. Play the ups and downs of your nation as they happen within the context of the game world of Orbis. Bring your actual nation to life rather than fabricating a falsity in the hopes of propping yourself up. Besides.. it's a game of pixels. If you're taking pride in your numbers, you're taking pride in the wrong thing. I hope there's a lot more to your nations than mere stats or your rp is at best... Mediocre and hollow. Dragonisia, for instance, is currently a blasted and cratered wasteland of prideful Dragons fighting a brutal war lead by a hive mind Emperor and the nation itself spans multiple realities (seriously, half its rp doesn't even take place on this world).. I take pride on its rise and its fall, not because of numbers, but because it is cool and well written, its constituents fighting with honor and reliably to its allies. I rely purely on the game itself to dictate its rise and fall so that may role in determining my own scope of power is actually limited. ? Combining all the forums into one is not at all simplification. It is the induction of confusion, an attempt to squelch RP that is not in likeness to the popular norm among all the other traffic.. which is usually garbage that last.. maybe 3 months then dies out. Arbitrary systems.. are very prone.. to utter collapse. People do not like to be restricted because someone else perceives their power as "unfair" and obsess over it. Everyone is a crater once in a while.. ... Unless you're just.. bad... at picking sound allies and political maneuvering or something. Then you might not get out of the crater. My suggestion: No rules other than basic Free Form rules. Break the forum down into categories so people can do sci-fi, fantasy, modern.. or my favorite Game-Related. That's pretty much the only categories you need. Game related, btw, is fairly open ended as a category title because nations represented in game can span the gambit of the categories and I am creative enough to engage them all.

It's not a punishment. It's a new feature that is not necessary at all to play the game, and just makes things a little bit more convenient. You don't have to use it, and if you don't want to buy VIP, that's fine. It's not going to hinder your ability to play the game competitively.

VIP costs 1 Credit / 60 days. It's like $2.50/mo, not $40, please don't make ridiculous exaggerations. I don't allow the use of scripts to automatically buy infrastructure, but I understand that I can't stand behind and look over the shoulder of everyone playing the game to make sure they're not using such scripts. They're against the rules, but there's really no effective way for me to enforce that particular rule (unless you'd like to use a captcha everytime you buy or sell infrastructure.)

Also you could just let everyone access it instead of charging $40 a month for a feature that should've been deployed years ago.

Hey @Frawley. Is there something weird going on with the stats? We noticed that over the last couple days, there seem to be wars missing from the global war stats that are in the all-time stats and it seems to be sort of random, with some wars from the same alliance appearing for this war and others not.

I have decided to make it public in the event that direct messages are deleted after a certain amount of time, and to provide everyone an opportunity to read it. Enjoy this blast from the past and my 2016 writing skills. Guests of the witch's wedding include: @Aisling Duval, @Alexei Sokolov, @Lelouch Vi Britannia, @Prezyan, and @Zafri Zackery. The two brides are, of course, @Eva-Beatrice and @Sintiya.) *The following scene is set in the Meta World. Those who attended, whether human, witch, demon, or angel, were able to arrive quickly and safely. Humans invited from Orbis were able to pass through special gates that opened up in their respective countries. Magical beings invited had a similar convenience. With the scene set, let us begin!* The cathedral was beautifully decorated to be the place of the wedding between Grand Duchess Sintiya of Finland, and the Golden and Endless Witch Eva-Beatrice from Rokkenjima. A crowd of humans, witches, demons, and angels filled the cathedral, waiting for their arrival. Fitting for a royal and magical wedding, it was not solemn or quiet, but cheery and noisy, brimming with activity. Those attending were seated according to their respective groups, each group conversing amongst themselves. The humans were seated below, the witches, demons, and angels on the balcony. Those who were a combination of witch and angel, and witch and demon were seated in between. Among the witch group, we see the government members of both the Eastern Asian Republic and Rokkenjima, as well as others hailing from many different worlds. The cathedral itself was guarded by the Chiester Sisters Imperial Guard Corps. Under their guard, none would be able to interfere with the wedding. Among the crowd of humans, several conversations can be heard. Lelouch: "Part of me still can't believe this is actually happening. Of course I'm happy for them, but a little worried at the same time." Alexei Lysenko: "I agree. We're still not 100% certain as to what the Mariage Sorciere's motives are. A marriage between a witch and a human might put our world in jeopardy." Zafrizackery: *flicks both Lelouch and Alexei in the back of the head* "That's my sister you're talking about, you know! I won't have you speaking about her in such a way at her wedding." *Lelouch and Alexei look back at Zafrizackery, rubbing their heads.* Lelouch: "Damn! Only anime flicks have that sort of power!" Alexei: "Agreed!" Lelouch: "Anyways, I was just kidding, Zack! Haha. I'm sure we have nothing to worry about. R-right, Prezyan? Hey! Prezyan!" *Lelouch looks over at Prezyan, who has fallen asleep in his chair. Whatever he's dreaming about seems to be troubling him deeply.* Lelouch: "Prezyan!!" *Prezyan was jostled awake as a result of Lelouch's shout* Prezyan: "Who?! Wha?! Did someone say Narvan?!" Lelouch: "Oh, nevermind. Just forget about it." A deep sound reverberated through the cathedral. It was the sound of the several dozen Chiester Imperial Guards who stood in a line across the cathedral and stamped their heels in unison. It brought about total silence in the cathedral even before the demons running the ceremony spoke. Zepar: "Let us have silence, ladies and gentlemen!!" Furfur: "Welcome to the wedding of Sintiya, the Grand Duchess of Finland, and Lady Eva-Beatrice, the Golden and Endless Witch of Rokkenjima!!" Though they had asked for silence, the attendants who packed the cathedral welcomed the two demons with an enormous applause. Bernkastel: "Oh, it's Zepar and Furfur." Lambdadelta: "It truly is an honor to have those two host a wedding." Solaris: "I agree..." Zepar: "Well then! Let us welcome the lovely couple!" Furfur: "Please give then a grand welcome and celebrate their departure!" Zepar and Furfur: ""Come out, you two!! Walk the path of the shackles called marriage, which will bind you until the grave!!"" The big doors in the back of the cathedral slowly opened. And then, the Grand Duchess and her beautiful bride came into view. Hands linked, the pair slowly began to walk down the path lined with red carpet. The Chiester Guards stood at attention along either side of that path, raised their adorned bayonets with mechanical precision, and made sure that no evil could block the path that the pair walked down. Chiester Sister troops that weren't part of the 'Honor Guard' were stationed all over the cathedral, hiding behind pillars and so on, and keeping an eye out for any intruders. Behind Sintiya and Eva-Beatrice walked the Seven Sisters of Purgatory, who held long, ceremonial arms in the shape of the One-winged Eagle, the symbol of Rokkenjima. The servants of the Grand Duchess could be seen beside them as well. The procession of Sintiya and Eva-Beatrice slowly walked down the path to the altar, and reached it. Once more, the sound of the Chiester honor guard stamping their heels rang out loudly. Silence returned to the cathedral once more. Now the ceremony would finally begin. Zepar: "People live for the sake of love! Therefore today, you have fulfilled the purpose of your lives." Furfur: "Oh, how great is the power to live, the power of love! I pray that the brightness of this day blesses these two for all time!" Zepar and Furfur: ""Come now! You who love one another! Make the oath of love!"" Sintiya swears to Eva-Beatrice, and Eva-Beatrice swears to Sintiya to support each other, both in sickness and in health. Zepar and Furfur: ""You have now heard the pair's oath of love. Oh, let this oath be eternal!!"" The thunderous applause celebrated their marriage. After the oath, they would physically signify the bond. It was the exchanging of the rings. The ring with the One-winged Eagle on it would become Sintiya's. In exchange, Eva-Beatrice would receive a diamond ring. Zepar: "Yes, let the pair exchange rings!!" The pair gently took the other's left hand and placed their respective rings on the other's finger. With that, the pair were eternally bonded in holy matrimony. The ceremony had ended without any problems and the reception was held inside the cathedral. For the first time, attendants of different groups were able to mingle. Nowhere else would you be able to witness this. Witches and humans, humans and demons, humans and angels, and perhaps the strangest of all, demons and angels, all conversing joyfully. After the reception, each group went their separate ways. The humans, and some witches, returned to either Orbis or Rokkenjima, while the rest returned to their respective worlds. (If anyone read this far, we thank you, lol. I'm aware it was a lot, but I wanted to make sure it was detailed and entertaining for you all. Not quite war propaganda, but I felt like everyone should be able to enjoy it.

It feels to me that, besides the hateful trolls, there is a general community consensus that Blink should not have been banned. Banning the work IP to keep pooball banned is fine. Banning blink in general I do not agree with. As such, I cancelled my subscription to P&W. Over-reactive admin actions with very little evidence regarding it is not something I feel comfortable supporting.
