  1. Not that it particularly matters, @Alex but it doesn't seem to me like Fraggle will be moving off the top nation score spot anytime too and even if someone tries to catch up they have very little chance unless the entire game throws money at their military, nation etc
  2. join tkr, we help you with eSafety!
  3. For real though, join TKR we have an active community, great grants and thrive to be the best! Check us out today - https://politicsandwar.com/alliance/id=1584
  4. While it is a problem, I think that the resource buy is mainly for clutches in wars. Whatever happens, one of them will be worth more than the other unless a ratio is used to calculate how much of a resource can be obtained per credit. That would definitely have to be exploit proof somehow to stop people buying out markets and then redeeming their credits
  5. Even at such a high cost this seems so strong for just one project slot, I think the benefits of it are worth at least two slots even if it has to have the space program before use. 10% bonus soldiers Increase in the amount of troops you can have 10 more resistance for just you Extra life kinda thing at the end of a war too Even just the extra 10 resistance is really major for balanced wars or the extra life thing ( not sure if it works like that or not? ) This should maybe be like an upgraded PB so you delete the PB and get this once you can afford it but even then it still seems really strong especially for people who fight a lot like in Arghh the investment would be extremely worthwhile just because of the sheer advantage it gives you. If i'm missing something say but this seems a bit crazy to me.
  6. @Inst you laugh but i'm serious... or someone else posted so we aren't #1 in this forum anymore, something like that
  7. I think Pdunny's points were completely overlooked. 200+ billion was cheated in and 300 million was given to Blink, as a loan with full proof. Blink took less than 0.0015% of the money, hardly significantly at all. If any foul play was actually taking place then transactions far larger than this would of taken place surely - it just seems absurd to me that you actually think this makes him guilty. He has been in TKR for over a year and we've seen enough pictures of him, his family and children along with even pictures of himself and pooball (no it wasn't a mirror photo) to be certain that he isn't a multi and that he was unaware of what was going on. I don't think Akuryo should get banned for this, but without a doubt there is more reason for him to get banned. Innocent till proven guilty is the system that we use in the modern world, seems like Orbis is in the stone ages regarding this. Blink clearly just wants to clear his name and reroll, if he was so fussed about money etc he would know there is no hope of getting his nation back and taken more than 0.0015% of the Nova Riata payday. I'm pretty sure he's even willing to show his real id and everything to prove it and so on your part, Alex, i think above all else this just looks bad for you. You have done something nobody was asking for and seemingly few people agree with and have made a dent into clearing up the 200bn+ that entered the market. If someone wants to clear their name, with no real proof connecting them to the cheating (a loan means absolutely nothing in my eyes at least) and just reroll then I don't see what harm there is in letting this happen. --- Surely this has also revealed an exploit to you. Regarding the unverified thing - I think despite them knowing each other it just shows flaws in the system. If two people worked at the same place but weren't aware of it and one of those players started a bank and then the other player asked for money, it would just look like a multi transaction. If anything this has just highlighted the issues, verification isn't a very well known thing, seems that most of the ban appeals in this subforum are regarding it (or the lack of it) so maybe a system to remind people to renew their verification or a tool that tells you to verify if someone else starts playing on your IP when you next log in after they signup/use ip for the first time. Seems like many failures have taken place as surely it shouldn't have even let a 300 million sum be sent and if it was sent then this should have been picked up on, just like the 200bil+ cash injection into the game... edit 1: tl;dr if you are going to ban Blink, which you shouldn't then the verification system needs significant reform to make it well known, highly utilised and efficient. Get more moderators/anti-cheat systems while you're at it as 200bil+ being added to the game shouldn't have gone unnoticed. edit 2: Firstly not defending Pooball. Pooball didn't originally have bad intentions with the exploit from Niz's post that was a relay from him - link below - assuming this is all true, firstly you doubted him on something that you could literally see happen in the game and then when he messaged you again you didn't even reply to him. What kind of precedent does this display to someone who wants to report an exploit if somebody who didn't abuse it was ignored and it wasn't fixed then somebody who threatened to use it as blackmail and posted it all over the forums after sending it to you receives no punishment and gets a ton of attention. Not a very good one. I'm not trying to be overly critical but obviously I will be as there is good reason to be - the fact that such a massive cash injection wasn't noticed is just appalling.
  8. 1- On the post in the announcement thread he literally said 'Additionally, a potential pooball multi https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=116741 which was a member of TKR was banned.' which was my reasoning for that comment. Potential pooball multi seems to tick one of those boxes if i'm not mistaken. 2- fair enough with this, I do think that if someone is a suspect a temporary ban is fair enough but a proper statement was necessary as it wasn't blatant cheating like pooball and its not like Blink is just another 'multi,' he's been a gov member in a major alliance, was on p&w before pooball and is fairly well known in the community. I guess you are right though about the quick ban thing, but let's see what happens.
  9. @Alex What has me confused is that both Blink and Pooball were verified. Whats the point of getting verified if something like this is going to happen; not exactly reassuring - would suggest the whole verification system needs a complete overhaul as you have completely undermined your own methods. While its obviously fair that Blink is investigated deletion is ridiculous especially since it took so long for you to ban the actual offenders with much protest from the community yet Blink is banned in one go with not a single person asking for him to be banned. He made it very well known that he was Poo's brother and based on what he has been sending on TKR's Slack for about a year now I can say with 100% confidence that he isn't a multi. Different credit card transactions on top of that, it seems clear to me that Blink isn't a multi. Way too harsh, you should be focusing on deleting the remaining money and removing cities to fix the market instead of deleting a completely innocent nation. A VM for now would have been a much better option.
  10. What is good, time to join TKR leave all your alliance right now or Alex will delete all your moneyz !!
  11. To get all of NPO to 20 cities, assuming that they are all at 17 now (rough average) would cost 712$ million per person on manifest dynasty - x151 nations and its a grand total of 107 billion, which is a pretty significant amount of money if you ask me. Obviously its possible but I think Akruyo was referring to people leaving more than not being able to grow etc plus most people are involved in wars which slow down development and you don't seem to be doing that which gives you a big advantage on growth compared to most of us who aren't well; pixel hugging.
  12. I don't normally venture onto the forums but I felt that I had to comment about this since its so significant: Why is this idea being seriously considered. At first glance I was like wow but after thinking about it, whales don't go to war this is just going to slow down growth in the mid tiers and increase the gap as it takes people longer to rebuild and the whales can give out more loans in the process etc. I think the consumer goods [or legal paperwork in my idea] idea was my favourite, something like this with a low limit on the amount you can make, maybe a project to make it so everyone gets only 1/2 or just 1 per city so that everyone is on a fair playing field or perhaps even exclusive from cities completely, you could send your secondary resources to an 'offshore factory' or something and get consumer goods/legal paperwork returned to you at a set rate per day. Usage for them is beyond me, but city upkeep costs or maybe even something like finance fees - moving more than x amount of money per day would cost you in transfer tariffs [consumer goods/legal paperwork] per million over or something like that. This would combat the amount of money that banks are moving around while requiring them to buy goods which can only be made at a slow pace by almost everybody at the same/similarly low rate in the process. One issue I could see is maybe it would limit new banks from starting although seems like Alex wouldn't mind that ?Obviously this would have to be tweaked etc with algorithms and rates but it would lead to things we need: Material Sink Limiting money transfers of whales Limiting bank activity [costs wouldn't be insanely high to stop all transfers, but significant enough that it will cause suitable demand for consumer goods/legal paperwork or whatever it gets called] Not slowing down the development of smaller nations in the process with infra costs/city costs etc Not collapsing the banking system in the process. Would love to hear what people think - just an alternative idea that could be expanded on I guess.
