You should actually join an alliance in the top 30. Alliances are a big part of the game, and any half-decent alliance will tell you what to do and help you grow your nation.

You cannot change your color to gray on your own. You will either have to get beiged or get inactive. If your members are inactive, you shouldn't have them in your alliance in the first place. If they are active, just ask them to change their color. If they don't do so, that means that they don't follow the orders of their alliance. So, in this case too, you shouldn't have them in your alliance.

SRD already answered the first two questions well enough, as for the 3rd question - even though a continent has 3 resources, you can still buy Raw Resources from the market and turn them into products. So even if you don't have Coal and Iron available to produce Steel, you can still buy the Coal and Iron for your Steel Mills (And Project) to turn them into Steel.

I've re-ordered treaties by type in ascending alphabetical order, so it'll be pretty close to what you're asking for. It will go live with the next patch (probably a few hours.)

Q1: at your size, 1:1 land to infra ratio is great. The real goal for you is to keep your disease at 0.00, so that you can get max income. Q2: Yes if you are in a war, hangers and docks are worth it, if you arent fighting a war, you will probably want to hold a bunch of planes, but really you should talk to how your alliance fights, and they can tell you what they want you to have. Q3: As a big nation, yes i have every single project, I do that because I have enough infra to support it, and once you buy a project you never have to buy it again. (and when you get big like me the cost of a project is peanuts) At the end of the day tho, your alliance should be able to answer all this for you, which is the main reason people join alliances in the first place, go find the econ guy in your alliance, and he/she should be able to walk you thru the best ways to set up your cities.

I don't see how the theme is propagating Nazi ideology. And as far as I am concerned the people who are in charge of leading the alliance are decent people who have said multiple times in this thread that that is not their intent. Plus, Alex OK'd it, and since Alex has a strict policy on not having anything Nazi-related in the game I think it's safe to say he was convinced that this was not harmful to those playing the game. Maybe think of their choosing the Afrika Korps theme of the alliance as someone making a movie about Nazis? Depending on who makes it and whether it propagates actual Nazi ideology or glorifies what they did, the fact that Nazis are in the film doesn't make the film inherently bad by any moral standards (Inglourious Basterds comes to mind - and it had quite a few prominent Nazi characters). Some players in the game have the Imperial Japanese Army Flag as their nation flag. I could have thrown a fit about it as a South Korean, but I understood that it was just a theme and that I couldn't just assume their use of the flag meant they stand by what the Imperial Japanese Army did to their colonies and such. Maybe we're all just reading into things a little too much. With that being said, good luck to Afrika Korps. Sorry your thread was derailed by unnecessary political discussion that most of us don't really care about.
