SCP-1715 uses a different name on each website it joins; however, every recorded username chosen by the entity has either included the word "█████" or been thematically linked to ██████. All efforts to trace SCP-1715's source have failed. It is currently unknown whether SCP-1715 is a corporeal entity accessing the internet from a physical location or an incorporeal phenomenon that exists only on the internet itself. SCP-1715 describes itself differently from manifestation to manifestation, but always claims to be between 15 and 30 years of age. SCP-1715 typically targets small, but growing web communities that are centered around video games, television programs, musical groups, and similar interests. There is a large in depth story on how Ryder was supposed to end up but because of the voice actor being busy plans changed. You had him in centre of Grove and he behaved like any other friends, his missions benfitied the Families, they get Tec9s. (Their behaviour was made and goofing around like friends do like the line "CJ, you gonna crash the car on us again?", Smoke's missions are cop errands and attempts to kill CJ like Just businness. This suggestion is to remove the (10 day) timer to build a national project. I'm of the opinion at this point that it doesn't really add anything useful to the game. All it effectively does is slow down the growth of smaller nations, which isn't something that I think is necessary at this point. But, I'd like to gauge the community's thoughts. I agree completely. Frankly I think even the city timer could be removed. All these timers do is benefit older nations by putting a hard cap on how quickly alliances or groups of new players can boost each other up. The exponential growth of cost for cities does a very good job on slowing the ability to grow into ever higher tiers, where the 10 day timer isn't really an issue. Where it is an issue is for alliances boosting up new players. or investing in beefing up active new alliances with young members. Not that people will necessarily start pumping new guys up to 16 cities rapidly without a timer, its a very risky and expensive investment. But there are some use cases, and in any event, if they want to spend the money, power to 'em. Moving the timeless to 10 cities was already a very good step though.

I'm not sure dividing by alliances would lead to color colonies. The main incentive would be to partner up with a limited number of other alliances on your color and work to keep further alliances off. As long as you were successful in that, there would be no reason to jettison part of the alliance to another color, especially if we are also going to still base the bonus off average income, which would your main color by sending off high tier guys elsewhere. You may be right that it would cause other issues, it was more a spur of the moment idea to find other ways to limit how easy it is to hit the bonus. My main point regarding all this is just that the current scheme punishes alliances and colors for having lots of member nations. I don't see how any conflict will arise from this system. The bonuses you can actually get are negligible compared to the cost of war, so there's no point in putting too much effort into securing colors. They will never get higher, because its impossible to get any higher numbers a color with more than a handful people, even if they are all high tier. And there is a direct negative incentive to partnering with other alliances to defend it. To have the kind of manpower needed to actually gatekeep a color, you'd tank your bonus down to where it doesn't matter anyway. I understand that the bonus isn't supposed to be huge. But if the goal is to drive more tension and add a further plane of competition between alliances, it has to be worth something. The current 100k cap, even the old 75k cap, I think was worth it. Its good enough money across an entire alliance over the long term to be worth fighting for, and even to pay for those wars in their entirety if you successfully get the cap. As it is though, with the likelihood of most colors settling around the same range in the 20,000's, there's not a huge reason to do anything about it. Consider this: The current average income on lime is 5.8mil. If someone were to join that color with an income of 7mil - well higher than the current average - they would bring down the color bonus by $200. You could add 100 more nations making 15mil, 3X the current average, and it would still reduce the current bonus. So unless your color bonus is completely in the toilet, there isn't even incentive to bring in more high tier nations.

Many characters were quit from, Niko and Tommy are the main big ones, they reused Niko's line later in the game and Tommy wouldn't make an apperance again because of fuss between Rockstar and the voice actors, and Ryder's voice actor was pretty busy making an album and he might have just quit because of that, but also he was underpaid as well in his opinion like Ray and Josh. Still, Ryder was good for the families as I said. He fought against the crack dealers, got the Families on track weapons-wise etc. And post Pier 69... you don't get nothing about Ryder except CV lying about Ryder putting his hands on Kendl.
