I'm actually not certain Rose will stay with t$. To my knowledge, they still really don't like NPO.

And then it'll still be 3/5 of the top 5 alliances and a bunch of satellites.

Point still stands.

For those of you who will attempt to frame this in the worst possible light as well as the naysayers, sit back and watch the show, there may yet be more interesting things to come.

Ok then, I'll wait and see who is cancelled.

Better not disappoint.

Leaving the biggest sphere in game to just add on to an already big sphere.

Congrats NPO, you're truly a dynamic alliance. I applaud you.

So you are calling Chaos dynamic? Funny.

To all those who seem to be criticising the treaty (and whatever implications it may have on the web), while it’s understandable given the relative lack of information you have, I suggest you wait and observe. Things might surprise you.

Can't say I'm to surprised. It was a bloc with Syndicate Prefontaine said they were considering. Also Syndicate and their sphere would be a powerful ally.

Congrats on the treaty.

Hey hey.. Good to see it wasn't a bust after all. Both goals of the war achieved. Thanks for the ping 'cus I don't check alliance affairs much.

Guess I should finish that several minute long war video I was making now that it happened.

Wasn't AK a Prot of Synda and IQ during Knightfall?
Rich to hear it coming from you.

With NPO aligned in Syndisphere; they have low tier (Pantheon), mid tier (New Pacific Order) & high tier (Rose & Syndicate) pretty much covered; just listing alliances in the top 6.

So they've definitely managed to create a powerful sphere; will be interesting to see what it does and how long it lasts.

Let me rephrase.

You are criticizing NPO for leaving IQ to join tS. One big sphere to another, breaking the IQ hegemony and leveling the game.

Then you have Chaos, basically the consolidation of the uppertier.

Which is more "dynamic?" 🤔😉

Knockoff scroll 0/10

When you start using indecipherable scrolls again, we can stop. We are simply responding to market demands. The ball is in your court, SK.

Easy, the former.

People put too much emphasis on the upper tier for some odd reason.

However, I'm personally waiting to see what else happens first.

CoS is like, 23 cities average, SK is around 20, Soup 16 and TKR 15.

t$ is at 23, and note they have roughly 20-30 more members than CoS (And from the looks, they seem to be tiering so...). NPO averages 16 cities, so they're already bigger than TKR.
Rose is at 20, which hey-ho they also have more members than SK. Polaris is also 16 average.

tl;dr This new sphere is way bigger than Chaos. We cannot consolidate upper tier when YOUR sphere has alliances with the same average city counts, and higher amount of nations in said alliance. This isn't leveling the game it's just killing one massive sphere with low tier, and replacing it with a high tier sphere. Chaos is quite tiny compared to whatever this is. Even if we're not being dynamic, There is nothing Dynamic about having a bunch of treaties.

Might as well join this train. I am pretty chill with this as long the promise of dynamism is met, as I see it right now t$ and NPO still have way too many auxiliary ties between the two of them, a lot can be said by just looking at the treaty map now. It looks a lot less like the original "@Prefontaine plan" (trademarked) and more like the less risky, less cooperative form that shifts hegemony from one of the prior poles to the other.

Huh, someone could argue that the treaty web looks like it's the entire web vs. Chaos and TGH/KT/Emp/Ob...   oh, and Grumpy.  Who's sitting up there all alone.

Would you mind sharing those numbers showing this consolidation. ^_^
