  1. AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, 2019-04-07: SYNDICATE, Inc. (NYSE:SCC) has announced a formal home for subsidiary fund THE ENTERPRISE (AEX:ES) in Amsterdam. Previously dispersed among several world offices, the listing of a second corporate headquarters in Europe for THE ENTERPRISE will provide synergies for further collaboration in the world marketplace. Amsterdam was the winning finalist from a diverse group of candidates; speculation regarding insider trading among certain former executives, and the presence of a lively “entertainment district”, will not be commented on at this time. While results from the direct listing of THE ENTERPRISE onto the AEX have yielded extraordinarily high returns on investment, an initial cost was required to consolidate several distributed offices into one location. In order to fund this consolidation, SYNDICATE, Inc. announced a major divestment in capital for religious organizations. SYNDICATE, Inc. gave formal notice of investment partnership withdrawal with KNIGHTS OF MALTA (MSE:SMOM) with immediate effect. In addition, a seven hundred and twenty hour notice of termination, effective from the time of this post, was given to PANTHEON (NYSE:PAN). While this only leaves one religious organization (CHURCH OF ATOM [NASDAQ:ATOM]) that SYNDICATE, Inc. patronizes for the time being, this current divestment in religious organizations does not reflect an official policy stance moving forward. About SYNDICATE, Inc. SYNDICATE, Inc., based near Nassau, The Bahamas, is the world's leading gasoline, aluminum and munitions distributor for a wide variety of peacekeeping and humanitarian activities. Wholly-owned SYNDICATE, Inc. subsidiary brands include the Elysian League, which designs, markets and distributes tank and missile materials, and Top Gear 2002, which continues to test the limits and boundaries of speed and motion. 4. I said I'd give Kayser the benefit of the doubt, he implied he was cutting treaties. I was rebutting the other guys claim that Chaos is a consolidation of upper tier. If I start posting up your numbers you'll just complain that I didn't wait and they aren't reflective of your actual size. Regardless, I don't need to post up your numbers to make the point that Chaos isn't exactly an upper tier powerhouse of which the game has never seen before. Take a good look at the horrid stranglehold Chaos Bloc has on the upper tier, everyone bow down in fear to these overwhelming numbers. Honestly guys, if its me of all people defending TKR of all alliances against your arguments you might want to reevaluate your position.

  5. @Sketchy so I did some numbers, because I could, and I'm trying to get my head around the PnW API for Google Sheets. Turns out, it's about the same, but the 60 nation advantage the NPO offers in the middle tier would probably make a significant difference. Kastor has a screw loose, but you guys aren't that far off. Also, I just realised that literally the only person in this thread that was arguing that Chaos was overconsolidating in the upper tier is... from Afrika Korps, who has no relation to either t$ or the NPO. So now I feel stupid for weighing in defensively 8 hours ago. Sorry bout that. :V

  6. I guess Chaos and this new t$-NPO sphere have something to bond over now. They both are protecting different Pantheons for a month.

  7. Seriously, you guys just need to stop !@#$ footing around and make those moves. Being vague here just makes me want to drop the info I'm aware of so it hopefully speeds up the process. No one is aiming to hit anybody right now. There's no threat of war at the moment. Stop being scared. You guys have some of the largest, most prolific, alliances in the game and you're purposely trying to be all cautious about it for absolutely no reason. Many of us are looking forward to seeing the new changes in politics that the disbanding of IQ has in store.

  8. Well hello there. Marginal Micro Co-Leader Raoul Duke here. Now, I’m no expert on strategery and what-not. I just log in for that sweet 300K once per day and I give Felandia or The Weyland-Yutani Corporation most of my income in exchange for bullets (all you need is bullets right? Those seem to be important.) So I was wondering if everyone had the “Declare war” button like I do? (I seldom touch the thing as it makes my infrastructure go away.) I’m guessing that most people don’t as I constantly see nation leaders shaming other nation leaders for playing it safe and doing nothing in the game except buying bullets and collecting bonuses like I do. Surely if these no Declare War button having- nation leaders were equipped with the Declare War button like I am, they could just declare war whenever they felt like it. Wouldn’t that be something? Maybe if they were in an alliance (like a few of us are), they could talk to their buddies and maybe those buddies might find they had a Declare War button as well. Chaos might ensue! I guess we will either have to talk to Alex and see if we can get these bugs corrected or maybe the people who want conflict, don’t really want to conflict, they just like talking about conflict (I like talking about conflict too, specifically the first Barbary war from 1801 to 1805. Good times!). In the meantime, can someone tell me if I need 4 nuclear power plants or 5 to support 1800 infra?

  14. There's a grace period because they've been busy with internal drama and not really worrying about foreign politics. The alternative, an immediate cancellation, would leave them with no MD level allies and an easy target to being rolled for the lulz. They've got 30 days to find a new apartment. If they can't find anything after 30 days, well...

  15. 26 and up being upper tier seems a bit off considering only ~3.8% of nations in active alliances reside in that area, and just short of half of those are 30 cities or higher which is pretty much inconsequential in most cases. Granted these tiering labels are somewhat subjective and arbitrary, but I've always defined upper tier as people who reside in the highest city count area within the normal scope of a traditional war, and that is usually the context I've seen people use it in historically.

  16. City averages aren't good for wider samples. Actual tiering is more important. Median city would be more representative than average even, but the actual tier counts are more important.

  21. Let's be honest, you expect no one to sign them in 30 days of noteworthiness. We don't expect it either. So in essence you're delaying the inevitable. I really struggle to find a reason you'd do it other than making yourself feel somewhat less guilty over the fate that they now are moving towards.

  32. Hm... looks to me more like KTsphere has about half as many nations in the 25-30 range as Soupsphere but is otherwise nearly identical, which is a pretty serious deficit but could be compensated for. Meanwhile Soupsphere has about half as many nations in the 15-20 range as $phere but is also otherwise nearly identical, which is again a pretty serious deficit but similarly could be compensated for. Which makes $phere the top statistically, by your own numbers. Though perhaps not by so much... certainly nowhere near game-breaking problem levels yet. Edit: Either way, good on you for catching yourself about the defensiveness and owning up to it, much respect for that

  35. Its worth noting the lower limit is also increasing. 1-5 cities is mostly inconsequential to war now. That wasn't so true back in GGF when TKR was recruiting noobs and arming them and sending them straight into the fight pressuring IQ from the bottom. The shift in the bulk of the fighting playerbase has moved pretty firmly out of their reach, so their effect is minimized, and that strategy wouldn't be as effective now (unless you are fighting a micro). This will probably become more true over time too, given sheepy's changes to the city time, which will likely accelerate the process. Right now I'd tentatively peg the main fighting range at 6-25 cities. Perhaps even higher on the lower end, say 8-25, I'd have to see the data when we get a more evenly matched war. 6-13 is lower tier, 14-18 is mid tier, and 19-25 is upper tier. 19-25 might seem like a wide margin but score ranges in the upper tier are wider thanks to war ranges scaling by percentage. I wouldn't considering 28/29 to be in the adjoining tier given that I'd argue they aren't even in the area for conventional war. Obviously score manipulation can make most nations viable in a fight, but those aren't the city counts that will make the bulk of the impact one way or another.

  36. Fun fact, you can calculate city averages by dividing the alliance city number, with the alliance member count. Do the math for yourself. This is a stupid argument, anybody could say this about any pacts they have. Treaty webs never finish moving, the game advances and treaties move accordingly.

  37. Which is irrelevant to the point I was making about Chaos bloc since my point with them is they aren't a huge grouping of upper tier consolidation. You chose to argue with the example I provided which was just that, I could have pulled a different one but given the guy I was responding to was contrasting you with Chaos it seemed the most appropriate example to use. Unless you are saying Chaos Bloc might sign more people and so my numbers aren't correct currently. I would assume you guys aren't asking me to not give them the benefit of the doubt on that, when I'm supposed to give it to you on the cancelling of your treaties.
