  1. 100 upvotes for Rado's twerk. We want this to happen. You want this to happen. (He deleted the message in Great Job! chat, so we have to pseudo do it here) This is the song in question he'll video tape himself twerking to.

  3. Heyo boys girls, lots of people have been asking me for help with photoshop and other programs with their memeing efforts. I am not a professional by any means, but I know a decent thing or two, so this is a little tutorial if you wanted to get into it, but had no clue where to start, or if you simply needed download links and some how-to's on how to get your editing software. Here I'll show you how to use Photoscape to make a meme in 5 minutes, and how to use Photoshop to cut an image, make it transparent and also add it to any meme you want in 5 minutes as well. All of the links will be at the bottom 1:00-5:44 is the Photoscape Tutorial 5:45-The End is the Photoshop Tutorial Greenshot Download Link: http://getgreenshot.org/downloads/ Photoscape Download Link: http://www.photoscape.org/ps/main/index.php Where to get your legal downloading tool : https://www.utorrent.com/ And your legal version of Photoshop of course: https://unblocktheship.org/torrent/27160924/Photoshop_CC_2019___Crack (If this version of the legal downloading website is not working for you, try looking up "thepiratebay proxylist" and than simply search for "photoshop" on that site and click the version on top.) If your PC is garbage, I suggest you start with Photoscape because it's quick, simple, and a soviet computer can run it. If you have any questions, if you didn't understand anything, need any help or are looking for more complex guides, just shoot a reply and I'll try to help ya out. GL in your memeing adventures.

  4. I proposed something similar earlier with positive reviews, so I wanted to give a bump to this concept after Frawley’s post detailed on how it could be possible to find a solution to the micro problem. While recruiting is half the battle, I think another large element should be making it harder for these micros to exist in the first place. As it stands, the only requirement is having 1000 score, which is drastically lower than it should be. I did some math and the number one alliance NPO has 156 members and 339,761 score. It takes the bottom 114 alliances in the game, over half the existing amount of alliances, to be slightly higher score with 342,876 score and 554 members. This displays how rampant the creation of non-viable alliances are. A player can reach 1000 score in days, and it has become a non-barrier as the game expands in size. My solution to this problem is increasing the score requirement, as wel as instituting an age gate, as well as an alliance creation timer. This would come in the form of raising the score requirement to 2k. Additionally and more importantly, there would be a 90 day timer on creating an alliance after creation of a nation. Of a leader doesn’t even understand the game any who join won’t either, and this alleviates some of the problems. This timer would also reset every time an alliance is created to reduce making multiple alliances rapidly. If these are introduced this should address the micro proliferation that is hurting the game, and ensuring that new alliances created are more likely to be viable.

  6. You’re not getting out of this. We have to have something top @Charlie Traveler‘s John Lennon pic. You can downvote an older post to counteract it if you want. It’s not about the reps for myself, it’s about having Rado honor his word.

  7. And here I was hoping this thread was going to be a collection of memes from Orbis.

  8. I don't actually want to see this but because Rado deleted his original post this has to happen.

  9. I 0 percent support this notion, cause maybe new players wanna play the game with who and how they want to play it. but whats my opinion matter, I don't *actually* play anymore, I just exist to troll raiders and be obnoxious.

  10. Maybe we can do it for the duration of the biege timer, 14 days? The protection of the biege allows them to make the most of that time and make informed decisions as they are reading through the top alliance's application processes. This also addresses the issues of noobs joining micros and leaving biege to get raided.

  11. He has done so in the past, feel free to do exactly that. That's already a thing; there's several seconds of delay before trade data is fed to the API at all, and a further delay before any bot actually makes a request. And then on top of that there needs to be an actual person reacting to the information, which is even more delay. You can fix your mistake by checking after each trade, instead of waiting to post all your trades and then checking. There's plenty of time for that. From my testing, the trade bots are apparently nowhere near as prevalent as you guys seem to believe; I had three food buy orders on the market at 2k for an hour Wew. That's pretty generous of you; I'd have at least held the money under sequestration until peace is reached.

  12. That doesn't mean you should not post ass

  13. Sure thing. I think both have sent you offers now. At its core though, it's not significantly different than something like a war bot since all it does is give notifications. You should know as well that's there's already a delay built into the API so that the number of mistrades that the bot picks up are reduced. You could make the argument, and others this war have, I believe, that war bots are also an unfair advantage. But they got dismissed, since a number of alliances have war bots and they run off an API that's available to everyone in the game. With both the war bots and this one, the potential to make it exists for everyone equally and it's actual people conducting the actions. The primary difference is we're the only one so far to have made a bot like this (that I know of at least). Good luck with your future trades and let me know if you have any other issues.

  14. Hi Tiberius, I appreciate you raising your concerns here but, with all due respect, you haven't even reached out to my members before making an assumption that they won't return it. If you don't talk to them, of course they won't return it. Our bot has been previously vetted and determined not to be violating these rules because it doesn't accept trades on anyone's behalf. It's nothing more than a notification system that runs off the API, which is accessible by anyone in this game. Any alliance could make this bot if they want to. Do you want me to reach out to Talus and Blackie for you?

  16. Make the trade available 30 seconds after it's confirmed so you have 30 seconds to remove it after you notice the mistake or put a message that sums up the trade and requires a confirmation before the trade goes online

  17. I think it's clear enough as it is. What TKR's bot does is not automation and thus perfectly legal.

  20. So, okay, lemme get this straight... You went to another alliance's discord server, took insult over such strong language as being called "dumb", asked for a moderator role on their discord, was denied that, you complained about it and were muted, and now declare war without actually declaring war, and request everyone else to join your war by raiding their discord yet refraining from any in-game actions? What are you on and where can I get some? ?
    2 points
  21. Exactly. @Tiberius please stop making me upvote Noctis Incidentally, good to see you've taken my advice and done the embargo thing, so the problem is solved if, as you claim, it's purely TKR that's using trade bots

  22. TKR having something that can do that, gives them a cheating edge. I also take serious issue with it being used brazenly to exploit obvious human error.

  23. This kills grassroots growth of micros, but at the same time micros kill enjoyment of the game for hundreds of new nations so I'm not sure how to feel about it. 30 or 45 days is certainly way too long though. 14 or 21 is probably better.

  28. Paperless does exist. GoB is a form of fake-paperless, the kind with secret treaties. TEst is actual paperless. Yes, they're friendly with t$. However, under Pre's leadership and probably still even now, they'd be friendly towards Guardian as well, who they happen to have blitzed. Paperless alliances are friends with you but not your ally. Everyone in TEst and CoS including leadership likes Guardian, and that fact only made them more happy to be the ones hitting them. A wise man once said, just because they're your friend, doesn't mean you can't fight them. I'd count SK as actual paperless too. Sure, they're not quite like TEst or CoS, their situation came about from their allies disintegrating, and i'm sure they have people they're friendly with. They're not allied to anyone though, nobody is obligated to help them nor they help anyone. The same cannot be said of GoB. So what's really being asked, is for GoB to just be honest and blatant about its treaty situation, to either admit and showcase its treaties or to admit having none saying it is ACTUALLY paperless and then act as if it is so.

Lordaeron hereby declares their public support for Noctis, as fellow forums shit posters we understand how unforgiving @Lucifer Morningstar can be with his continues attacks and attempts to get people to down vote you. 32. I think maybe we should go one step further, and prevent unsolicited in-game messages from being sent to players in their first week. They can still go through the objectives, one of which is to look at the alliance recruitment advertisements, and from there they can send messages TO players, who can of course then respond. Frankly I just hate the recruitment bots and their "we protect you, we give you loads of money" sales pitch that doesn't mention 90% of what takers are getting into.

  33. I propose that alliances have the ability to tax whatever resources they choose, instead of the default taxing all of them (I.e you could decide to tax one nation for just steel, or another for just munitions and food, etc.).

  35. Just blaming for people for hacking is what TFP does. So are you sure you're not TFP? (Sorry Quichwe you're great but your gov co-workers are too funny) Or maybe double check your trades before posting them, we shouldn't need to babysit you for any of your f'up's. I've messed up trades before, what I do is ask the person if they'd be willing to return my res/ whilst I return the cash. Thought its entirely their choice to keep it if they want, in that case I eat the loss.

  37. What 'unfair advantage'? You can look at the trade screen and take advantage of the same opportunities. My test trade has been up for like 3 minutes, more than ten times longer than it takes to double-check and delete after making a mistake. Edit: Yep, 4 minutes before it was picked up... by NPO. So which is it? Is taking an unfair trade is a legal action, or is it not? Does profiting by market speculation constitute an 'unfair advantage' in a bannable sense, or not?

  44. All nations who were members of TFP when we attacked are fair game for our coalition until a peace with TFP is reached. Us informing you that a nation in your alliance is a TFP war dodger is simply a courtesy. Any and all nations who attempt to help protect a TFP war dodger will be countered by the coalition at large. Thank you for your time, have a wonderful new year.
