Also to further clarify somethings, These are being sent manually, about 20 have been sent, this process will likely take through the weekend. Yarr doesn't use the automation tools that other banks use, and I am being careful documenting what has and hasn't gone. Yarr had no involvement with the Bank of Orbis and it's collapse. We have been trusted by the relevant parties to handle this liquidation. I suspect because they trust me more than they trust each other at this point.

The assets of the former Bank of Orbis are now in the custody of Yarr. After discussion with the appropriate parties, Yarr will begin liquidation of those assets. The first phase will be the return of any moneys or resources that were stored with The Bank of Orbis for safekeeping. It appears that we will be able to return these assets in full. For individual nations, the return will be by direct transfer from Yarr Bank to the individual nations. This will take some time, as there are over 160 individual accounts to process. Nations with larger balances will be contacted before transfer to ensure they are prepared to receive the transfer (some accounts had >$1 billion) Nations with smaller amounts will just receive it without being contacted. For alliances with safekeeping accounts, they will be transferred to temporary Yarr accounts until such time as we can contact the alliance and either arrange a transfer or convert it to a permanent Yarr account Not included in the first phase are those who invested in mutual funds or held shares of the Bank of Orbis. Those will be paid out at a later date as the amount they receive is dependent on funds remaining after this first phase. I will post updates to this topic as the distribution progresses. I think we have quite a clear picture of what was going on. Though feel free to continue making claims rather than admit any wrongdoing by BoO.

after almost a year nyk was considered a weak alliance with a small sphere, when suddently it started getting speed, 2 days after it started nyk was 100, 1-3 days later 90, nyk growth was only speeding up, coven (rank 27 macro) not liking it found a reason to attack nyk, blitzzing because koda was being attacked. nyk got rolled from a micro with huge growth speed to a nano getting smaller and smaller, a few days after coven attacked peace was done, nyk starts growing again but at a slow pace, it might start growing fast again.

The fact that Guardian gov actually came thru and used my video as the announcement is crazy. Not so. We have individual relations with each alliance that were signed at different points in time. Our tie with paradise has nothing to do with our tie to Rose. Are we in their sphere of influence? I mean, no. And not to disrespect our allies within Florida, but if florida level decisions were made we would not be privy nor consulted on how florida should act. We have individual ties to a few alliances, whom coincidentally have now congregated together in Florida. Who knew Requiem was such a great bloc builder?

The Crusades better become a normal treaty term from now on.

A+ post I've personally wanted to see the cost of war increased. I think the change for tanks from 1 steel down to 0.5 was a mistake. Should be reverted and other changes made to reduce the glut of resources in the game currently.

I've run some numbers on the RPC and the effects it will have on total amount of raws in the game. Currently there are 1430 people that are not in vm, have been active in the last week and are 15 cities or less. This below is the production for each raw based on continent and city count, the disparity between the production of each raw being the result of an uneven distribution of people picking continents. This shows the total average production and the percent of the surplus RPC represents during the day following the update to RPC. This does not account for buying projects or nations deleting, just a general picture into how much of each resource is introduced into the game Overall this would be a good change, as money has real sinks, that being cities. While without little exception all raws consistently grow in amount with no end and devaluing the price of raws which no one is using or needing as indicative by the prices the time following the implementation of RPC. Money on the other hand during the same period of time lost in amount by 10 billion a day, obviously being much more sinkable that any of the raws. On an off tangent though, while this change will be beneficial for raws, there will continue to be continue oversupply of raws in the game. Since 3/1/2022, when RPC was introduced as an example, they was 2.5k coal per nation currently there is 13.9k per person. This will need to be remedied otherwise there will be far reaching consequences into other resources and ways to produce, with raws being worth considerably less in the past you'll see builds moving towards manus and commerce, manus will fall in value over time, not only because there isn't a large amount used but because switching from building some raws and manus to just making manus will be more profitable. It's a slow death of over abundance and the lessening of consequences of war as warring does not seem to ever reduce the massive warchests of every large alliance.

The goal of the game is to have FUN! As others have said, this can be what you view the goal of the game to be but, as others have also said, this game isn't winnable. It's a dynamic game that shifts with player's priorities and the metas. I think that many of these arguments nowadays are just a symptom of the game being older now. We've now tried a number of different novel ideas for how the FA stage could be set, so now we're just going to be in a tug of war between the prevailing preferences for past plans absent changes in mechanics/gameplay.

New Pacific Order benefitted greatly from being an actual community. The unity of their members transcended Politics and War. If the P&W servers went offline right before NPOLT started (or even today), the New Pacific Order community would still exist. The same really can't be said for almost all P&W alliances. Because of this unity, NPO members were scarily loyal. They did exactly what they were told to do when they were told to do it. It also allowed their decision makers to conduct themselves with a completely different mindset from the rest of the game. P&W decision makers ask, "how do we further ourselves in Politics and War?" Whereas NPO's decision makers asked themselves, "how do we further our community?" Eventually they concluded that their enemies' continued existence in this game was an intolerable situation, and they acted as such when they had the opportunity to. Perhaps there are entities in P&W rn that do want to win, but I don't think anybody really has the spirit to do it. Unless you're willing to force all others to bend the knee to you or quit the game, then it's not possible to win. You also have to be very competent to enact that spirit as well; and again, I don't think anybody is competent enough to do so. A lot of the big power players would have to undergo a complete shift in principles, and then band together, and then stay together, and then survive all internal and external attempts to unmake their grouping, and then maintain a specific status quo indefinitely through diplomacy and war making. I just don't think the will or ability exists within anyone or anything for this to happen anytime soon. It took NPO and Inquisition years to do it (and they still ultimately failed). Now we have a multi-polar world where everyone in anchored to P&W, so it would probably be harder for such a puzzle to be started, let alone completed and to ultimately succeed.
