RoH implies defence. Defence implies you protect members. The war started because Hannah and Alexio were specifically hit. Your "RoHs" were based literally on 5 raids ("mass raiding your folks"). Our RoH was based on the fact that Ampersand attacked the entirety of Arrgh, and not just the 3 people that participated to that "mass raid". Literally every other Swamp alliance just attacked Arrgh to support Ampersand on their aggressive activities. Calling this a "defense" is ridiculous, and submitting a RoH for that is even more so. About the "we didn't go to war" part, 1 out of 3 of your own government members clarified what your scope was. On the other hand, if you really believe you are in the defensive here, either we should be blushing for being considered such a great threat that you need 600 nations to attack us, or you should be worrying about the military capabilities of your bloc. Can you please not declare on me? There's already a Syndicate attacking me (and a TKR). If you want to boast the damages your sphere did they have already given me 2 nukes, 2 more coming and taken like 4k infra so it's unnecessary to fight me more compared to find another inflated infra nation, plus I have 0.00 money to raid and want to be able to rebuild which won't threaten you because I never have and never will declare on anyone. I just build myself. It breaks my heart. I've not declared on one person and I don't care about any spheres agenda, even if I'm in an enemy AA. I've had this nation over a year and this might not stop you from attacking since nobody else has been swayed as I repeat it but in the past three days I've been nuked twice, lost 2k infra, you are the fourth declaration and I declared on nobody, I've built myself over this last year to watch it fall in a week when I did nothing. Right now my mood is really chill but I kinda switch in a seconds notice and when that happens the rage I feel if these declarations is infinite.

Swamp brought it up as a reason to fear the "Quack Hegemony" which is the entire cause of this war, so I'm gonna say it's completely fair game to bring it up.

Food is indeed mainly produced by the largest nations since they're the only ones that can (and have) afforded the tremendous cost of setting up a modern agricultural industry. Smaller nations don't have the land area or bonus project usually, so they're much better off producing mineral or oil wealth instead. Now, you're in North America, which means that you should right now be trying to produce either coal, iron, or uranium. I would highly suggest you go for uranium. Coal and iron are used for steel, which is useful in war but it's not nearly as useful as it used to be. Basically, demand isn't going to go up that much even on account of the war. Meanwhile, uranium is used for pretty much all nations' power plants as well as being indispensable for nuclear weapons production, both of which are absolutely in demand and will remain so until the end of the war. (Though you might find it relatively difficult to get it to your buyers, since there's currently no way to smuggle an actual trade through a blockade.) Food would be amazing if you could produce it, but... well, you can't. And it is way absurdly expensive, to the point that you would actually be losing money by feeding your people. (For reference, the only effect of running out of food is your commerce goes down. A bit. And at your range, commerce isn't even worth getting at the best of times.) Tl;dr: Talk to people. Alliance leaders, etc, and see if you can find an alliance that fits with your playstyle. Do bear in mind of course that all alliances worth considering are either at war right now or are always at war anyway, but with only 3 cities you're in a perfect position to make a TON of money by declaring wars on the battered hulks of nations that have gotten blown up in the war.
