The creator, Alex, has said that this game has not really developed the way he intended it. There was supposed to be a focus on military and the way nations grow in the game now was not intended by the game creator, however, humans like to hoard. So the more people got anal about their pixels, the less fighting happened until now when people are so scared over the loss of their pixels that the number of major wars in a calendar year can be counted on one hand. I actually think switching the name at this point would be par for the course, but of course, that would create a ton of problems with search engine presence and other things so it won't happen. I hope this gives you some context.

I like your style If your alliance really does have "scrub-ass punks" as officers, then make a new alliance and poach everyone useful from the old alliance and beat down the scrubs to prove the point. Then you'll be the leader and you won't have scrubs as officers anymore

@Alex Please add a rank between Heir & Officer so that alliances dont have to choose between giving all officers bank & tax access or making all bank gov Heirs. A rank with all the same powers as officer but that can be given bank access. While i would prefer something like what was suggested in this topic, https://forum.politicsandwar.com/index.php?/topic/24262-custom-member-ranks/ , And my suggestions in the comment in it (ability for leaders to create custom ranks with different access in the control panel/edit alliance section). I think simply adding a rank above officer in the meantime should be an easy fix to one of the biggest issues i have with the game, which is being forced to choose between bank security or alliance security.

In a similar fashion to the envoy sent to the British Internationale, Scotland was going to send another diplomatic representative to United States of Northern Europe. The islands the Government-in-Exile Scotland had settled on had Scandinavian claims to them, and had hoped to compromise at least a temporary truce with the Major power so that they may be able to continue their efforts in restoring Scotland from the clutches of the British Internationale. The old military Patrol Boat sent this time, however, had no weapons. Not because they were removed or was an attempt to show peace, but because it was a damaged ship. Hopefully the USNE did not take offense to a mostly repaired patrol boat, as the remainder of Scotlands small navy were being repaired, refit, and slowly put into service, but would not be completed so quickly. For the USNE, there may be diplomatic troubles, as currently not only is Scotland a government-in-exile, but it is also a Monarchy. Different forms of governments and ideologies can get in the way of diplomatic relations, but the new Queen had to try and establish as many allies as possible, and any that gave recognition would also help them in solidifying their claim on Scotland, but they wouldn't want to pull anyone into aggression with the British Internationale. All that the new Queen of Scotland hoped for, truly, was peace between Scotland and Northern Europe, anything more was a bonus, as at this time Scotland merely looks appetizing to the larger nations, and to many it may not be seen as legitimate. The damaged Patrol Boat left from Shetland, of a voyage straight to Oslo, unless otherwise escorted. It bared two flags; its Scotland flag, and a white flag of peace, hoping it would show to the navy of USNE that they meant no threat, if the obvious battle scars of the ship did not explain that at first. No matter what sanction, search and seizure, or commands were given to it, the ship would halt and take commands from USNE naval forces, but ultimately it would be lead by the Scottish Representative who was aboard it, sent on behalf of the Queen of Scotland, to negotiate peace, and anything else there might be.

Unfortunately, to both Scotland and the USNE, Scotland did not have much more to offer. Should they reclaim their land from British Occupation, the representative admitted he was sure the Queen would offer resource trade to support them both. Otherwise, if nothing else was offered or asked, the representative felt it was best to return to his Queen and tell her of the good news. Within two months, the leader of USNE and the Queen of Scotland would be able to communicate!

Universe 2: I do not make additional money, rest of world does not lose additional money. Universe 1: I make additional money, rest of world loses additional money. Now, let us add a third universe. Let me pay reps equivalent to the gain of the raids to raidees, but I continue to raid people. Universe 3: I make additional money, rest of the world loses additional money THEN reps are paid, so that I make no money and the rest of the world loses no money. In this case, is Universe 3 equivalent to Universe 2? Obviously, small details (i.e, perceptions, labor involved in paying reps, reputation, etc) are different, but Universe 2 is also equivalent to Universe 3, hence the non-initiation of raids is equivalent to reps." I think that the "intentions" part has been discussed a lot already, so I will skip it. The reason we also added the option for war-VMers to sell their infra was to cover all options and let your side have another way out of letting your members get hit. We understand that you may not want OoC non-war-dodgers to just sit there and get hit by others. So, we just added the selling infra option. The thing that I still cannot understand is this, at least for TKR: If you have 2 nations at 1,700-infra builds in VM, what's the reason they cannot sell their infra and then get rebuilt (or not, if you don't think they deserve it)? Why are you against this option exactly? Does it have to do something about pride (e.g. you don't want others to "make" your members do anything, no matter how little, that is against their or your will)? Does it come down to the fact that you want to save that little infra as you say and don't want to pay for their rebuild? What's the reason you cannot accept getting nations to sell down to an X ammount of infra and then insta-rebuild? I think that's the question that has been dodged more than it should. The same way you are asking about our intentions I think it's fair to ask for yours.

Alot of you guys seem to not understand the point of a winning a war. The fact that IQ can and should exercise greater vigilance in trading isn't relevant. They were part of a force which won an absolute victory over your side, if this were EU4 it'd be 99% warscore, only because 100% here is impossible. Alex might allow the bot, but he also allows alliances to make whatever peace terms they want. You're in fully within your rights to refuse a refund, but IQ is within theirs to take whatever action they desire against you for it, including this. So I say to you what you say to them; get over it. This time you're the ones who lose and get screwed over, deal with it. It's no less unfair than the bot is. Guardian and TKR set this exact precedent for ensuring equal damage when they made Rose's upper tier get rolled in Silent War, this is hardly a new concept. Additionally TKR allowed Test no more than 700 infra per city post papers please. Acting like these are new conditions is just plain false, simply no war since Papers Please has there been a victor decisive enough to enact them.
