  1. To Whom It May Concern The Band of the Falcon has successfully slain the alliance known as The Vision! It is thusly declared that the following terms be adjudicated by the victors of this war. Statue I The Vision, heretofore referred to as TV, will be placed under armistice against the Band of the Falcon, heretofore referred to as The Band, for a total of ninety (90) days. Statue II TV is hereby forbidden from committing further acts of unwarranted aggression, i.e., "Merge or Die" conflicts. The Band hereby pledges a pact of intervention, regardless of standing treaties, in order to adjudicate this statue. Statue III TV will not recognize the peacekeeping operation from The Coven as a hostility. However, The Coven will withdraw peacekeeping operations at the time of the signing. Statue IV Should TV as an entity cease to exist during the 90 armistice period, which will also represent the length of the treaty in totality, the treaty is temporarily rendered void until it fully expires. If TV returns to fold, then the treaty reactivates. Signatories The Band of the Falcon Sheriff Big Jim, Commander of the Falcons Lord Prince Velekk Hemlock, Commander of the Falcons The Vision Executive Minister OwO, Visionary

  5. Updated 3/24/22 ~3:30 AM GMT: Military Strength: Military Strength Comparison Graph (Based on Totals): Military Strength Comparison Graph (Based on Averages): Summary: Noticeable shifts in militarization as about half of HM is in beige for more than two days at the moment. While Johnsons continue to make slow progress in the tiers they outnumber in, notice the beiged HM members beginning to build military again in the higher tiers where they outnumber. Could this be a sign of an HM comeback? Probably not, but it certainly won't be surprising if Johnsons never manages to take it down.

  6. It's worth noting that this might end up slightly skewed (selection bias?) since the people who enjoy interacting with the community/ enjoy political intrigue the most are the ones going on the forums anyway. Similarly, anyone who is on pnw because of time sunk into it is unlikely to be on the forums.

And it looks like we’ll get our chance to burn some of them We will take this as an opportunity to punch you with our raw Kebab sticks! We hereby recognize *UwU* with UwU-Nism, the dudes who flex with their monopoly-money (called Cindykate), Bunch of Space Junkies, And the communist Elephants, And a few more. (I don’t have time to list them all now, my customers are waiting for their Kebabs.) TLDR: Re-read the whole thing and drink some water cuz.. ..you'll get some hot and spicy Kebab (with extra garlic) served soon. I hope you have some milk ready, cuz don’t expect us to give you Ayran.

  8. After observing the community over some years, I see a lot of people cry out for certain things: Minispheres, multipolarity, public FA, more interesting political moves, more frequent wars, less frequent wars, better raiding mechanics, worse raiding mechanics, new features, etc. Just curious where people would place themselves on the scale of things. The poll is multiple choice, though I'd prefer people choose one or two options.

  10. I mean it’s not bad in the slightest. These terms make sense imo, they even recognised just how fragile nanos are (and how much they get reformed) through the disbanding term

  15. Instead of complaining about people pushing their own interests and such, we really should focus on the expediency of the process. Could make it part of the cultural norm that it gets agreed upon during the peace process or require the name to be finalized within 7-10 days of the end of the war, etc. The way it is done now leads to everyone just using their own names internally which doesn't create a cohesive community at all.

  16. I'm here mainly for the community - joking around with people on discord, having a good time. Neither politics or war really interest me. I picked this one but i do also enjoy some of the politics as well

  18. Updated 3/22/22 ~11:30 PM GMT: Military Strength: Military Strength Comparison Graph (Based on Totals): Military Strength Comparison Graph (Based on Averages): Summary: As the first round of wars approaches its conclusion, Johnsons continue to marginally increase their lead. However, beige cycling looks nonexistent so it remains to be seen how much HM is able to build back for subsequent rounds.

  19. Johnsons follows in the footsteps of NPO and kicks Genesis and WTF, then rolls Genesis and WTF right after, coincidence? I think not

  20. Oh my god it's a micro that actually has some basic understanding of war principles, am I dreaming??? If only Johnsons could achieve this level of consistency

  21. To Whom It May Concern The Alliance known as "The Vision" has written a Declaration of War against the United Monarchies of Orbis (UMO). In following their trend of announcing these micro-wars, we have done the same. Unlike them, however, we are going to properly engage in a "Merge or Die" conflict. Where duty calls, the Falcons fly

  22. Context: I am Kosta, a member of Orbis like everyone else, and have been playing this game since early 2018. I enjoy P&W, the alliance that I am in and the community. I for a long while I have been a staunch defender of Alex and his vision for the game. However recently (past year) I have weakened my stance on this. My Concern: What is the point of all of us making suggestions? There are 100s if not 1000s of suggestions on this subforum. Many of which are unsuitable for the game however there is a statistical guarantee that some of them are damn great and garner quite a bit of support. I see quite a few regulars on this subforum, @BelgiumFury and @JadenStar10 to name a few. Although we do not always agree with each other I admire these individuals (and individuals like them) for having a genuine concern and care for the game and wishing to improve it. There is also a list made by @Adrienne (below) that has a ton of great suggestions for the game. However out of the many great suggestions how many have actually been implemented? More specifically, how many updates has this game actually had over time? Now I wish to make clear, I do not wish to attack Alex, nor do I ever claim that developing a game like P&W is easy. I am unsure of his personal life nor do I wish to ask about it. I respect him quite a bit for what he has done so far and appreciative of him giving me, along with many others, the opportunity to play a game such as this. However, I cannot help but feel disheartened by the pace of updates for this game and therefore the implementation of all the great suggestions. The solution?: I am not exactly sure. I haven't got exactly enough information about the logistics of P&W updates. Perhaps Alex should be more transparent about updates, why they are taking so long etc. What I do know is, the pace of these updates is unsustainable in my own opinion. I wish to approach the community on their solutions and thoughts on this? Do you think updates are coming in at a good pace? What should Alex do?

  25. As a representative of Eden, we decide to surrender too, the price of getting hit by Johnson Bloc is far too great to ignore. We hope that these Oxymoronist warmongers give peace a chance. Any other alliance that wants to survive would surrender ASAP too. 🙏

  27. I think this has been brought up before, but the nature of the way the in-game nomination/voting goes means the first people to make nominations have a significant edge, even if they are just the worst possible names available. Why would you name a war based on events of the first day? That's how you get horrible names like Error 522. NPO's Last Time was called Dial Up basically until the last possible moment, which is just a horrible name when compared to NPOLT. Bring the nomination and voting threads back to the forum - a place where players have to create an account to even finish the tutorial - and save us from the horrible in-game forum discussion thread UI.

  31. Strongly disagree. Making early/mid tier growth too easy also reduces the sense of accomplishment of building through those levels.

  32. Credit limits going up to 20 a month would mean 400m a month from P2W. Not only this, you could in theory cash 400 credits on 20 people, have them send you 8bn(totally legal infact encouraged)and get to c30+ in a single month. 400 credits = 1600$ btw The timers are there for a reason as well - to stop old alliances with multiple billions from tiering people to high city counts too fast while smaller or newer ones struggle to grant past 10 cities. Timers should never be lifted. This is a game of patience and should be treated as such.

  33. Nukes and missiles add to score which is why this wouldn't work You also can't just have 300 nukes with 0 side effects, such as jacking up your score to levels that put you in a new tier

  34. While I have to agree with Adrienne that the pace has definitely increased compared to 2018, I do think there should be more transparency when possible about projected timeframes & delays. like why was the alliance roles update delayed so long after first being confirmed? was this ever explained and I just missed it?

  37. Hello everyone, this is a quick list of all of the current treaties which involve a top 10 alliance. Grumpy seems to keep the peace with the NAPs! This was created because I felt that it can be confusing on which alliances are 'allied' to which, and this also let's people use 'ctr+f' in order to search more efficiently! 38. City timers have bugged me for a long time. I honestly not really sure of what the mechanic really exists for any more. It was created when we all had only a handful of cities and in theory new players could instantly catch older ones. This however is no longer the case, a new player is probably never going to catch Fenris at c50 now (which is a problem in itself but not one for this thread). It's quite simply outdated and I highly doubt too many people are buying cities every 10 days after c20 anyway. I also don't like the idea of punishing raiders for spending time actively trying to catch up to then be punished for months waiting for cooldowns. The game already has enough barriers for players to catch up, don't really need this one any more.
