Geronimo Posted May 4, 2015 Share Posted May 4, 2015 The Flying Dutchman Inleiding De Vereenigde Oostindische Compagnie en Uranicus Socialistas willen hun vriendschap bevestigen door dit Wederzijdse Verdediging- en Optionele Aggressie Pact aan te gaan. Artikel 1: Non Aggressie Geen van beide allianties zal een daad van aggressie plegen naar de andere partij. Niet gesanctioneerde, individuele aanvallen zullen door de verantwoordelijke partij gestraft worden. Artikel 2: Respect Beide partijen stemmen toe om te allen tijde, zowel in prive als publiekelijk, met respect met elkaar om te gaan. Alle geschillen zullen diplomatiek en via prive kanalen opgelost worden. Artikel 3: Inlichtingen Beide partijen stemmen toe om elke vorm van informatie met betrekking tot de veiligheid en stabiliteit van elkaar te delen. Alle informatie welke gedeeld wordt tussen de twee allianties zal vertrouwelijk blijven. Artikel 4: Wederzijdse Verdediging Een aanval op een van de ondertekenaars door een buitenlandse agressor zal gezien worden als een aanval op beide allianties. Passende defensieve maatregelen zullen genomen worden. Artikel 5: Optionele Aggressie Beide partijen zullen de optie hebben om met elkaar te coördineren bij de uitvoering van een aggressive actie tegen een niet-ondertekende alliantie. Als een van de allianties van plan is om een aggressieve actie uit te voeren, is deze partij verplicht om dit ten minste 120 uur voor uitvoering te melden aan de andere partij. Artikel 6: Annulering Dit artikel kan te allen tijden geannuleerd worden door beide partijen. Mocht dit het geval zijn, dan is de annulerende partij verplicht om 72 uur van te voren haar intentie om te annuleren via prive kanalen door te geven. Tevens is de annulerende partij verplicht om een valide reden te geven voor de annulering. Dit verdrag zal geldig blijven tot de periode van 72 uur verlopen is.
