Sovereignty: Both parties acknowledge the other party’s sovereignty, and agree to not interfere with the other party’s internal affairs. V. Intelligence: Both parties agree to share their information with the other party in order to mutually defend each other. VI. Non-Chaining Non-Chaining in the event a signatory is obligated to defend a third party, Article I is waved. VII: Cancellation: If either party wishes to withdraw from this agreement, they are free to cancel, as long as a 72 hour notice is issued.
