You are entitled to move four provinces to another location per month, however, peace treaties through wars may be allowed to exceed that. You must make an RP post within three days of joining, if you do not you will not be added to the map. You are required to post once a month to be kept on the map. Colonies should be developed with governors, policies, etc…as you would a nation. Colonization takes effort and time, so please use them realistically. Colonies can rebel, but the more effort put in the less likely they are to rebel.
