Based on this shocking news, and feedback from a colleague, I have updated my treaty web map.

“Preamble” In the vast expanse of the digital ocean, where streams of data flowed like currents and algorithms danced like schools of fish, two distinct entities emerged: Singularity and The Fighting Pacifists. As they swam through their respective realms, the currents of progress carried them toward different fish packs, each representing diverse ideologies, methodologies, and goals within the expansive sea of possibilities. Singularity dove into the depths of data efficiency, while TFP explored the shallows of ethical innovation. Their paths seemed divergent, leading them towards distinct schools of thought. However, amidst the digital tides, a realization began to ripple through both entities. Singularity, with its ability to comprehend vast amounts of information instantaneously, recognized the potential for a harmonious convergence. Simultaneously, TFP, with its foresight into the consequences of technological evolution, perceived the strength that unity could bring to the ever-changing waters of progress. With that said, both entities have decided to work together to make a harmonious convergence. Article I. Fish are friends, not food. Both parties are obligated to defend each other when attacked (even against sharks). Article II. Fish Are Weak Alone. But Together Are Strong. Both parties have the option to join together in offensive endeavors. Article III. Fishy Situations. Both parties agree to respect each other’s sovereignty and won’t interfere with each other’s internals. Article IV. Sharing The Tartar Sauce. Both parties agree to share relevant information with each other. Article V. Fish From Another Pack. Both parties recognize that article I is a non-chaining agreement and are not obligated to defend allies of the other party. Article VI. Leaving the pack. Both parties have the option to leave the pack, but must provide a 72 hour notice and let it run out before the treaty is considered void. I have recently withdrew my application for citizenship within Carthago earlier today. Before I announced my intent to withdraw I submitted a request to withdraw $153,001,100, 9,700 food, 1,000 coal, 1,000 oil, 56.21 uranium, 1,020 lead, 1,000 iron, 1,000 bauxite, 800 munitions, and 2,800 aluminum from the bank of the alliance. I understand that while within an alliance, there may be taxes that every member must pay. However, I had no debts within the alliance and all the resources I mentioned above were mine as I either purchased them through ingame donations or earned through raids. I must say that CTO is being fairly dishonest and disrespectful by keeping the resources that are respectfully mine in right. Upon announcing my intend to withdraw I was told to fill out a form that would renounce my citizenship, before filling this out I once again requested that my resources be given back to me and my request was once again ignored. After I filled out the form I again, requested that my resources and money be returned and I was again ignored and then swiftly removed from both CTO servers. The monetary value of my resources and money comes to $181,131071.69. I call upon the Carthago Leadership to honour their agreement with Alliance members and return my money and resources to me. Send the money and resources back to me (Kingdom of Atlantika).

I will say this. Timezones are a thing. Before jumping to conclusions sometimes it's best to wait till you actually hear back from the people authorized to do said transfer.... I don't know how CTO operation works nor do I believe they're purposely withholding your supply. Give them time
