An actual discussion. Mostly because I want to laugh at your posts, but I'd like to see some solid argument as to why it would be appropriate to essentially suspend someone from posting because their nation is in vacation mode. My stance: 0 Fricks

We the disappearance of Keno, I'd like to recommend a new game called Go Fish! It's a pn easy to learn game, that requires little skill and a lot of luck. You start off with 5 cards and the goal is to get the most pairs of cards before the deck runs out. You ask any opponent if they have a certain card, if they have that card they hand it over if not they tell you to "Go Fish!" In which you grab a card. If you run out of cards, you grab from the deck. If the deck runs out, the one with the most pairs wins. implemented in PnW Played with real players (or AI if sought for) 2 modes 1 - Party Mode no money is used on the game, it is used just to pass time (useful during server wait times) and connect with other players. Maximum of 5 players, winner gains a stat but no money or rss gains. 2 - Casino Mode All plays bet an amount (AI aswell if impemented) from their nations. The winner receives the amount betted. Maximum of 5 players, This is of course not the full llan, feel free to share your own ideas. However it would be fun to have a game we could player with each other that actually had interaction, ik development time would take a bit, but itd be worth it.

It's definitely a grey area that's been abused in the past to avoid "no matching nation" warns. People create a nation and then go into VM for years just troll the forums. I think a good compromise would be that you can't post things in the in-character forums but you can still read them if you're in VM. I generally agree that discussions shouldn't always resort to "well if you say this then you'll be rolled" but that should be a culturally enforced thing by the playerbase. VM shouldn't serve as a "safe space" for active players to hide until their attackers lose interest. At the end of the day, these are forums for a game - if you're not actually playing the game then... I don't want you in the in-character portions (at least).

Just to, yet again, remind the community: - Moderation as a weapon refers specifically to someone "tricking" or extorting another person into doing something or giving something in-game under threat of "reporting them and getting them banned." - Moderation as a weapon does not include using the report button on the forums. The report button flags posts for us, the moderation team, to review and determine if rules are being broken. I can promise you that no matter how many times anyone spams the report button, you will never receive a warning unless a consensus was reached between at least two moderators that you broke a forum rule.

Because if I can't extort people and bully them by holding the continued existence of their nation over their heads, I feel like less of a man.

Having now read the rest of the thread I would like to alter my original suggestion we should remove the ability to post on the forums from anyone not on Vacation Mode

I don't know why but I have a feeling that people forgot that forum have many categories which you can put your topic to fit it perfectly but then I see Trolling posts at alliance affairs... polls posts and vm discussion in Orbis Central which imo should be category above.(related to moderation) And I see alliance anniversary in Orbis Central which imo should be alliance afairs lmao Alliance affairs - informative posts about alliances no shitposting(it doesn't mean topic cannot be done in funny way). Treaties, DOEs, DOWs, anniversaries... Orbis Central - creative things, jokes, discussions, memes. If you want to be annoying be here than in Alliance affairs - keep this one category TOP tier of this forum without full of crap which you need to go through to find that one valid topic.

Disband noobs

The last time TKR was in a coalition that gave peace terms to IQ we simply asked for a surrender. If I remember correctly your side complained and then requested we add in a term saying you "fought hard". Here is a link: In those talks we also did not intentionally drag them out by proposing terms one at a time. We did it in a quick way like every other major war has seen before this one (at least since I've played). What a coincidence you change the style of negotiations to a much slower format now after the war has already been dragging on for over 6 months.

The times we did have split negotiations, we gave opposition the choice between leaving the war seperately, or negotiating together. It was their choice, not our demand. Procedurally, there are very few if any similarities between the way peace talks were historically conducted and your "super cool new structured way". Can you kindly stop making blatantly false claims?

Your side of the game has been super toxic since day 1 and driven out large numbers of people who didn't want to deal with you. It's a big part of the reason that very few people from our side of the game use the owf; because we got sick and tired of you years ago. You're only complaining about toxicity now because you got completly stomped in a war and want to rail against us and the only way you know how is to !@#$ and moan on the OWF.

I've never gone into VM until this war, and I've stayed relatively quiet until recently on the forums because of it. However, and this is my selfish take, I am in VM because this game has become toxic and I no longer find it fun because of this war. I've dedicated a lot of time to this game, building my nation and relationships, so I am invested in giving it my best shot to try and make it fun again before I delete permanently. The only way to do that is to engage on the forums.

First, you can't appeal on someone else's behalf. Second, this person took advantage of a glitch in the game and duplicated a considerable amount of money and resources. If we don't punish cheaters, then why would you all (the players) trust that there's any integrity in the game? Lastly, I don't care if you donate or buy Credits or not. People constantly try to throw their weight around in moderation decisions, etc. by threatening not to spend any more money. I do not treat people who donate any differently than those who do not, because I believe that is the only fair way to moderate the game. Like not punishing cheaters, giving special treatment to players who spend money would alienate the vast majority of players who do not buy Credits and destroy the game.

He chooses to ignore it and continues making grand statements on different topics. I suppose we'll be doing this song and dance again in a week or so when you pop up in a new thread.

I agree that it should extend to the forums. The point of vacation mode is to suspend your nation's activity because you can't reasonably get to a computer during that time frame. Logically, if you're able to post, you're able to play and are therefore misusing it.

The kerchtogg negotiation logs are not mine to bring to the OWF, and there have been no logs for the t$ side of things (as terms still haven't been presented). The first step for peace was fulfilled (it was at an earlier point clarified that for now a preliminary surrender with the understanding that it does not go into effect until the negotiations over other terms are fully completed sufficed) with the post. I don't see how you are seeing coal A at fault there?

This isn’t Keno simulator. It was something added to the side of the actual game that was exploited. Since it’s irrelevant to this game it’s being removed, the question now becomes how will the people who abused it be handled. You have to understand what KERCHTOG is. BKNPO's high-tax system was obviously superior to theirs, and while BKNPO's response rates were never comparable to KETOG's, BKNPO had a better understanding of the war system in the game. That's to say, KERCHTOG lives in and lives off a lie. The underlying belief behind being a KERCHTOG member is that KERCHTOG is superior, and that BKNPO etc are weak alliances that deserve to die (because, despite being weak, if they're left alone they'll end up establishing a hegemony). If that belief is abandoned, however, KERCHTOG is reduced to the status of Pantheon. You have 40-60% inactive rates in core KERCHTOG alliances, and while most of these players will come back for rebuilding when the war ends, if they stop believing in what's effectively a divine mandate, these players won't come back. ==== That said, it's reasonable to assume that KERCHTOG was just stalling for time. There are a variety of factors that are unfavorable to Coalition B (i.e, lack of ideological control of Farksphere, diminishing blocs, as well as the continued economic growth of alliances outside the war, and the formation of the Astra bloc that's a dual TCW / Rose protectorate). The only real cost to KERCHTOG would be its member count, and KERCHTOG has been holding up relatively well there.

I literally created an alliance of friends, former government members, and a noob. I've been the head of Internal Affairs and Economical affairs concurrently for an alliance that was twice the size of yours. It was far more active than your current shit stain of an alliance.
