Brilliance vastly ahead of its time here on Orbis. It only lacked one small element to complete it's greatness, which I am happy to announce the updated Edictum Est: On this day Terminus Est ,hence forth known as TEst, will no longer abstain from binding political entanglements. Today we announce the Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Edict,hence forth known as 'The Edict'. Section I: Intelligence TEst reserves the right to share intelligence,regardless of knowledge or consent, with any of the signatories outlined in Section V of the The Edict Section II: Aid TEst reserves the right to send aid, regardless of knowledge or consent, to any of the signatories outlined in Section V of the The Edict Section III: Military Assistance TEst reserves the right to lend military assistance,regardless of knowledge or consent, to any of the signatories outlined in Section V of the The Edict Section IV: Cancellation TEst reserves the right to cancel the Edict with 72 Eons notice provided to Khorne. Signatories which wish to remove themselves from the signatory list should immediately disband to signal their desire. Though we reserve the right to ignore their desire. Section V: Signatories Every Past, Present, and Future alliance in, on, or adjacent to Orbis. Your move Alliances of Orbis. I believe before it simply listed every alliance at the time so new alliances that formed after it weren't "part of it", so now it's got the whole "Every Past, Present, and Future alliance in, on, or adjacent to Orbis." at the end of it under "Signatories".
