  1. Says it on the tin. Let alliances create achievements that can be given by the gov members to be showcased with or in-place of the game achievements. A lot of AA's already have a ribbon system, that this would be able to formalize.

  2. Ads: Run your own nation! Own a military! Actual game: Buy max planes and soldiers and press 10 buttons every 12 hours for 3 months, so that you can press no buttons and complain about how boring the game is. Honestly, if it weren't for politics and spreadsheets, I'd be out of here. Alliances have to educate newbies that the rest of the game is fun and involve them in the gov pipeline right away. tS, Camelot, and Rose seem to be doing a good job at this, but most alliances are still too focused on growth and dismissive of newbies who get bored when they don't see any better gameplay.

  3. Military Alliance Barracks Project in your Nation A:What is the military alliance barracks project? B:It would be an improvement that allows an alliance nation in your range to deploy their selected units army in your military alliance barracks in aid to your nation(of course, if they also have built the military alliance barracks Project). A:How do I find out if the enemy has joint units in his nation, from his alliance comrades? B: You have to get a successful espionage report, which will show the extra troops from the other nations.(Also read point 8 of the rules of the project) A: Why is this necessary? B: I think, it could bring a lot of changes/comebacks to the wars and more coordinated war game for those willing if planned well. A: What would the costs of this project be? B: It shouldn't be very expensive to build the project, but using it should be a little bit more expensive than "e.x; espionage reports" as it might be used only during wartime A: Why am I posting it? B: I just had this idea for a long time now, and want to know what every one thinks of it opinions and critics; Rules of the project: 1) the nation deploying units to your nation is not able to deploy more units than what your maximum is(ex. : 750 planes) 2) project capped to only one use per day 3) not being able to hold someones else units longer than 60 minutes - read point 4 4) if you're blockaded, and you're also carrying someones else units on you - the units cannot be returned to the original owner nation until you leave the blockade 5) maximum deployments from other alliance nations to your nation would be 2 deployments 6) the nation deploying the units, cannot build/rebuild units until they're returned back 7) the units from other nations cannot be seen(unless successfully spied when they're already in that nation 8 ) when the nations received the units from another alliance nation, it will increase in score however the nation that sends the units decreases in score 9) it would take approximately 60 minutes for a nation to send its units in aid of another alliance nation

  6. How does the whole forum work, in terms of like, dots next to rank. What is that tied to and how many of the things do I need to do to get more etc. Same with community rep, anyone have numbers for when one rank goes into another?

  7. 1) Yes, they can, except when they get ZI'd with an army 3 times their size. The two people sending units to the attacker could get wiped in other areas. But that's two people losing some of their mil for anywhere between 3-8 people getting wiped. 2) "Spy ops" - Quite simply put: is there a benefit brought about by forcing this to be done by spy ops? Not really, no. So is there a reason to force spy ops? Not really, no. As a separate point however, there could be merit in spy ops showing who's sending the units. 3) "Huge comebacks" - Sacrificing two fronts to save one front is not worth it. 4) "Shot up into such ranges anymore" - no, not under the current system but with what you're proposing where you can literally increase your units by up to 200%, you do get shot up, and city advantage means they can rebuild faster while you cannot. 5) "As for pirates, they also have an alliance" - That's not how most pirates operate. Their alliance members will have to refrain from engaging in raids for the sole purpose of helping one other guy just so they can raid an active, and even in that case pirates don't run the same mil normal players do, putting them at a disadvantage. 6) Time periods - The problem I pointed out there was that you'd be forced to have the units available for 2 hours, which makes them even more vulnerable like I said. 'Example' numbers are irrelevant as to my knowledge, every system similar to what you're describing relies on turn change, meaning 2 hours has to be the time limit. Yeah, I agree with that, and to rephrase, at times it can be detrimental to blockade (which simply shouldn't be a thing, having space control shouldn't be bad for you no matter what), my bad :x

  8. There is some use to blockading someone to prevent the units from being sent back; you can essentially take those units hostage and destroy them instead of letting them be distributed elsewhere (assuming the blockadier has the capability to do so, otherwise it'd likely be a silly move). Regardless, I'm not really fond of the idea; too many conditions, doesn't seem particularly balanced, and not sure it contributes anything valuable to gameplay that makes it worth dedicating dev-time to. Despite not being a fan of the black market idea either, Epi is right that it would overshadow this project and make it effectively useless (assuming that is still in the works).

  10. Good question, no nukes and missiles wouldn't be able to be transferred. As for the 1 hour rule 1)when your ally sends you their units your ally would be vulnerable himself 2)the other enemy you want to hit, could be doing the exact same thing.. since joint attacks would be very expected;) 3)as I mentioned, if you're blockaded you wouldn't be able to resend units back to the original nation.

  14. It is actually really surprising to see how often people misunderstand sarcasm on here. It would be fascinating to do a mental health assessment of the players here - for sure everyone is deranged in some way, but I bet we are overrepresented in some categories...

  15. I actually find the later portions of the game to be more boring. When you're just sitting around on a farming build doing literally nothing to make money. At least raids require a few button clicks lol. Where the game really shines is active wars between alliances where you can coordinate with teammates and lay waste. We prob won't be seeing that for a while though.

  16. W-what do you mean how long will it last??? It explicity says the NAP would be 6 months long?? Have you not read the wiki?? Have you not asked around?? Edit: typo Edit 2: I do enjoy war though as much as the next person, both of us being ex-TGH will lead to some trigger fingers but the game has to stabalize before any enjoyable war can be achieved

  18. Uhhh, I know this may seem wrong, but I don't understand how he is using a racial slur, because he has "Ching" in his name. If his war declaration was "I'm Chinggis Khan, leader of the Ching Chongs!" then I would see where it is racist, but its not that. I don't think he was trying to be racist.

  19. Give every alliance an API key with a number of allowed API queries equal to the allowed queries of it's members. Alternatively, allow members to "donate" their allowed API calls to the alliance or to another player. This would cut down on members of alliances sharing API keys with each other for alliance tools, and make it easier to build and use tools.

  22. You couldn't pin down someone forever on the old system either, due to the resistance mechanic. If it was possible to forever pin someone,, the last war wouldn't have gone for eight months for the simple reason that there wouldn't have been a way to present any resistance. It's not anyone's problem that you were simply ignorant to this fact. No, it wasn't. And yes, hitting people with less cities when 0'd yourself was a valid strategy; note that you yourself were 0'd, and the other person had military; often maxed to even be in range in the first place (the alternative being ridiculously padded with infra, in which case that's their fault). And as soon as you bought military yourself, you put yourself in range of larger people that they themselves had military to put you down. It's nowhere near as a foolproof and unbalanced matter as you're making it sound, and wasn't too difficult to respond/address if the defender's milcom was reasonably competent, and the counters did their due diligence. That your response's substance is "well let's gut this entirely (and frick up other things as well) because it was a circumstantial issue at best" exemplifies the approach taken, and the disastrous result thereof. Clearly you yourself were not, given that you failed to notice all the other issues Justin and myself highlighted. And if you were, it shows your ignorance in regards to the war system; which is unsurprising, as you haven't seriously fought since 2018, when you sent your AA to die in a futile banzai spearhead.

  24. Prologue: Once upon a time there was a lovely princess. But she had an enchantment upon her of a fearful sort which could only be broken by love’s first kiss. She was locked away in a castle guarded by a terrible fire breathing dragon. Many brave knights had attempted to free her from this dreadful prison, but none prevailed. She waited in the dragon’s keep, in the highest room of the tallest tower, for her true love’s first kiss. We all know how this story ends. But what we don’t hear is the dragon’s tale. We wouldn’t even know the dragon prefers to go by The Federation (TF). A strange title, you may think, but for a dragon a fairly normal one. TF was fed up after years of knights coming into the domain. You see, dealing with one self-pretentious knight barging into your home and ransacking it all like he owns the place is one thing. Years is quite another.. And so TF packed up and left to see where the world would take him. Soon, news of TF’s journey travelled fast and reached the ears of an odd assortment of characters from across the kingdom who were also fed up with the medieval treatment. The first was the giant gingerbread man, The Immortals (TI). How did the gingerbread man earn such a title? We shall see. You might think being a giant gingerbread man would be fun, and you would be wrong. Burdened by constant taxes by their lords, the faraway kingdom had become home to hordes of famine-struck villagers. Everywhere TI looked were hungry and betraying eyes. And so TI left to join the dragon TF. Soon, the party grew. First the encountered the leprechaun, who went by the traditional Irish title, The Ampersand (&). & was wanted for drinking the king’s entire supply. It seemed the alcohol only made & stronger and smarter. There was Hawkeye the Dark (Fark), who mysteriously existed in the faraway kingdom but quickly became a valuable member of the party. So was the ever-mysterious Florida Man, locally known as The Fighting Pacifists (TFP), capable of performing any act. The final member came when the party reached the vast, oceanic domain of King Triton, or as he came to be known, The Lost Empire (TLE). TLE was sympathetic to their cause, and so he banded together with the dragon TF, the giant gingerbread man TI, the leprechaun &, Hawkeye the Fark, and Florida Man TFP. And when the journey finally came to end, there was a beautiful friendship. And so the friends gathered together and settled in The Swamp, where they agreed to the following: Chapter 1: Mirror, mirror, on the wall. Who is the swampiest of them all? All members of The Swamp agree that should any information come to light regarding the security or welfare of another, it must be shared. Chapter 2: Well, I have to save my ass. If any member of The Swamp is attacked, all other members agree to militarily, financially, and diplomatically defend one another. An attack on any member of The Swamp is an attack on the whole swamp. Chapter 3: Can’t we settle this over a pint? If any member of The Swamp decided to start an offensive war, representatives of all other members must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Other members are not required to join. Chapter 4: What are you doing in my swamp‽ All current members of The Swamp must agree to the admission of another member. Chapter 5: This is the part where you run away. Should any current member wish to exit The Swamp, they must inform representatives of all others 72 hours in advance. Epilogue (tl;dr): The Federation, The Immortals, The Ampersand, Fark, The Fighting Pacifists, and The Lost Empire agree to an MDoAP bloc henceforth knows as The Swamp.

  32. Epi and Arthur were sitting in the room when they heard heavy footsteps outside the door Knock. Knock "Come in", said Arthur as he sipped his morning tea The door opened and entered a hooded figure, drenched in blood and tank stats. "Shadow, you have finally arrived!", cried out Epi as he got near him to hear what he was mumbling. As soon as he came near, Shadow screamed at him,"GIVE ME 50 M you whale c*nt". ”But I don't have that much", replied Epi. Arthur broke in,"And neither does Camelot bank. I just wasted it on Keno" Shadow was disheartened. Truly, Camelot bank was empty. It was useless to coup and steal the bank. “Well, why not take a loan?”, suggested RetardMan. But Shadow never paid his loans back. He was already 150M in debt. Perhaps more. “So I need to raid for dosh,”sighed Shadow at the effort he was making to think of the effort he would need to put in. He spent on night thinking how he can get money for free. Maybe Keno? Or Dice? Yea, no harm in trying them. Unless you lose your money everytime which is what exactly happened. He lost 3M trying to convert it into um, something more than 3M. Alas, he was ready to take the damn loan! He strode slowly over the alliance page till one alliance caught his eye. “OwO what’s this?”spoke an amazed Shadow as he looked at the silvery Moonlight Sakura. And this sent a wild idea into his mind. “Arthur, can we declare on this alliance? We can use the loot to fix my nation.” “Sure.” “YASH! Ready the troops you Camelot warriors. Sharpen ye rusty swords. Let the Moonlight shine on yo armour as we take down Sakura for the good of Shadow’s Nation Camelot.” And so it began-every man sharpened his sword, ever man polished his armour. “Shadow, we are out of men”,broke in Epi. “WHAT! Well, true. Um, lets see.”,replied Shadow, looking around. “Aye, there! What’s that near the horizon? It looks like a hairy blue beast. Wait. It stands on two legs and has a black cap on its head…….WTF! That’s Bluebear!!!” He ran towards him a plan already in his mind. “Bluebear, wanna help us blitz someone?” “Grrr….Grrrrrrrrrrr….Arrghhhhh…...Graghhhhh…...”(its in bear language) “Uh, ok! Lets involve Typhon in this too….Thoughts?” “Grrrr….Grrrrr…..Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr……..” After getting Bluebear’s (approval?Don’t ask me. I don’t speak bear) Shadow hastened to the shores of Japan where Typhon was last spotted. He found him there, sitting along the beach, still sad that it had turned semi-peaceful. “Hey there Typhon, wanna...hey watch out...” The stone went through Shadow’s ethereal body. “Sure,”replied Typhon,”when and where?” “Cool….” ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….. A night to go….. “Wow, this is strange. This alliance called La Mafia increased its military a bit. God knows who they will hit”, mumbled Shadow looking at the star patterns, trying to read the past, present and future from them. It was just 10 minutes before the blitz. Shadow was busy assigning war rooms, Dming people and pinging them mercilessly to get up. “Hey, Shadow, seems like Sakura’s slots are being filled by…..La Mafia!!!?!??!?!?!?” “WTF!!! Guys, declare now. NOW NOW DECLARE NOW!!!!!” The blitz happened, 8 minutes before schedule-8 La Mafia decs, 7 by Camelot and Typhon each. Then we all know what happened. Sakura got steam-rolled and this turned into a micro drama(which you can see here https://discord.gg/VuRjEFV. The c*nts deleted the more interesting server though.) tl;dr: Camelot declares war on Empire of The Moonlight Sakura, and also posts its Declaration of Victory and Peace since the war is already over(lolz and you missed it). The peace terms are: 1) Sakura Admits Defeat - No Post Required by them. 2) 25 Mil for Shadow’s nation 3) 90 day NAP with Camelot and Co + Sakura and Co. - BK Excluded. All remaining wars are to be peaced out and no further declarations will take place. There was this co-incidence that happened between La Mafia and Camelot. Hell we had the same target, same declaration date and same declaration time and same declaration motive. We don’t believe this is in anyway a co-incidence but a message from heaven itself that the Mafia and the Knights should work together. While we supply them the best quality, bullet-proof armour, La Mafia has decided to sell us weapons on the black market. Tl;dr 2.0- La Mafia and Camelot sign into an non-papered ODOAP treaty. We will maintain friendly relations and will help each other when needed. Welcome to the Era of Paperless Once Again

There has been peace for far too long we need another dial up war, if you were a semi new or long term player and all you could do is snoop around a discord server for 1,000 days like a basement dweller would you get bored? Yes. It’s been politics & politics for forever for Christ sakes it’s like literally everyone is connected to another somehow... Why bother looking at treaties of alliances if you know they are balls deep in NaPs and Protectorates! It’s like an enormous ego stroking pixel hugging competition at this point... Anyways this was just a little rant I usually troll in the forums once every hundred days or so but I just felt it had to be said... 39. edited that. I guess you could call me a new nation. I'm 35 days old. But pixel hugging is indefinitely fun. The sheer thrill of building up your nation, and making them thick stacks for as long as you can is just intoxicating. besides, think about it. War eventually just ends up costing resources. If we look at Orbis as a whole, wars do not make more money. They simply transfer what money already exists, and destroy valuable infrastructure, and consume munitions, gasoline and food. Overall, war is one of the least profitable things for the Orbis economy.

  42. Sweet, you can't pin someone down forever if they have the means of fighting back? That sounds pretty fantastic considering you could lose the war while you were asleep. Thanks! If you get 0'd in the old system you could only fight back by missile/nuke turreting regardless of score ranges and if you had the resources to rebuild or not. Unless you mean coming out of beige without military and a 10-25 city advantage on people and double buying to hit them. Again sounds fantastic that massive down declares have been nerfed. Thanks for the congrats! Oh cool, you were in the meetings and privy to the things considered and discussed.

  43. In response to an incident regarding a Fark member, "The Arctic Explorer" who has been implicated in planning a coup of the government of T$ over events that occurred over a year ago with a bank formerly known as Gringotts has come to the attention of the Fark government. In addition, information was supplied that this member also planned on abandoning and lying to Fark by forming a "wealth / whale only" alliance called "Death Eaters" during wartime, and supplying aid in forms of "loans" to keep us as an alliance close by. Quoting the Farkistan Charter, "Article 6, //// Espionage, either against Fark or another alliance, is asshattery of the first degree. Bannination will ensue" The following announcement has since been made to the member, the membership of Fark, and the leadership of the aligned Swamp Bloc Alliances: We (Bozzie, TFG, and I) have been sent screenshots, FULL screenshots regarding this current issue implicating a member, (F)Arctic Explorer, with addition of ones about his "cult" which was meant to be an alliance for wealthy business owners, where he were going to lie to Fark during wartime by sending aid as a "loan." This could have been Fark-wide war over 100mil, and that's simply unacceptable. We wish him the best, but to quote him in one of the received screenshots, Fark is "just here to defend itself". Due to these reasons, Farkistan government is hereby effectively terminating him as a member, and he will be removed from the Farkistan Alliance immediately. Signed: Kitschie Bozzie, War Cyborg This Fckn Guy - IA The Farkistan Government would also like to thank the community members who cooperated in our investigation into this matter by supplying relevant information and screenshots, helping us to this swift and final decision.
