To that end, any Covenant (+ allies) nation currently at war with the $yndicate or any of its allies who wishes to bow out of this war may do so under the following conditions: 1. The surrendering nation will resign from and vacate the alliance he or she is a part of. 2. The surrendering nation will post in this topic, indicating his surrender to the $yndiCompetence coalition 3. The surrendering nation will message all his opponents, indicating that he wishes to surrender, linking to his post in this topic. 4. The surrendering nation will cease all hostilities and refrain from re-entering this conflict. Once all conditions have been met, peace will be granted to the surrendering nation. It takes a potential active participant out of the war, saves munitions and gas which can be used on more... resistant and fruitful targets. Not to mention that it's actually a damn good diplomatic move.
