He had given the alliance of FIRE his grace, left the building and went on a spirit walk. Will he be back? No one knows... but Cynic. Cynic knows everything. He had appointed Isolatar to be his successor. Unless you mean FIRE itself which would be ludicrous. He took the alliance over after a couple of days, renamed it, and caused it's immediate decline... hardly "creating" an alliance. However if you want to for some reason credit your formation to someone who has left as quick as his time in the alliance then feel free I suppose, ridiculous but you're hardly going to stick around long are you so what does it really matter. If FIRE ever makes it to the first page, without some sort of dramatic decline in the rest of the alliances above them, then I'm Santa Clause. I agree with you fully. Actually, the two AAs cynic helped to create prospered substantially AFTER he left them so perhaps FIRE will succeed in his absence. I take credit for founding The Syndicate. I take credit for getting tS on its feet. After that is was all you guys. Vanguard is a different story. Starting with GR I brought in many experienced Planet Bob players, but I put a lot of blood, sweat and tears into getting those guys going. Starting from scratch. I would say I was also to credit for the merger (and split and remerger) of the ESA guys. Vanguard was in a great place in all the categories that matter (activity, economically, politically, etc) when I left but MrHiott and his gov have done an amazing job readjusting after the collapse of our sphere and rebuilding (with continous growth) after the war.
