On the topic, i'd find the following an interesting experiment (I have deliberately kept out myself, as including yourself is not the point of this): Leader: Hansarius or Yosodog Minister of Internal Affairs: Kurdanak Minister of Foreign Affairs: Tenages Minister of Economics: Manthrax Minister of War: Diabolos Diabolos has proven to be a more than capable commander with knowledge of game mechanics. His experience in leadership and his networks will strongly compliment other areas. I am a bit biased towards Manthrax: He has been one of the largest factors in Syndicate growth. In addition, his easy-going attitude towards other areas would be essential in this scenario, in preventing ego-clash. The FA-IA choice is simple: Utilising Tenages' strategic realpolitik ability, but providing a softening PR-touch to it via the inclusion of Kurdanak on IA would bring out the best in both of them. Kurdanak's role in this case would be to be a soothing presence in gov. discussions while running the IA side of things. As a leader, I would choose Yosodog or Hansarius in this case. Both are what I consider to be "connectors": Neither takes too large of a presence. Instead they properly delegate and keep heads in the same direction. The key of a leader in a government with so many high profile personalities is to manage them, as opposed to micromanaging the alliance.
