So... for an alliance that size to pay 50 million in reps within idk 24-ish days right after you get the leader (in an alliance of 4) to sell all his infrastructure and land  :S that's also kinda harsh in my opinion. Cobalt declared war against Joshua Granger's false Celestial Union to enforce our claim

to the name, our history, and our identity. Mere hours later, I am happy to report that this

matter has been resolved. The false entity has surrendered, and peace terms have been

agreed by both Cobalt and the government of the anti-Union. I'm running out of ways to

say they were using our name illegitimately. Anyway, here are the terms that have been

agreed to. They're lovely, if I do say so myself.

 

1. Joshua sells all of his infra and land on or before May 6, 2015.
2. Joshua sells all of his military on or before May 6, 2015.
3. Joshua resigns as the leader of the Celestial Union, and appoints Ansom as the new leader on or before May 6, 2015
4. Ansom renames the alliance to Valor of Ravens on or before June 1, 2015.
5. Joshua formally and publicly recognizes Cobalt and its successors as the only legitimate entity to hold claim to the name Celestial Union. on or before May 6, 2015.
6. Valor of Ravens (Celestial Union) pays $50 million in reparations to Cobalt by no later than June 1, 2015.
7. Joshua agrees to not be a member of government of any alliance for the remainder of 2015.
   1. An exemption has been agreed to: that Joshua is permitted to have officer level permission and support/adviser only authority within Valor of Ravens.
8. Cobalt will provide a limited level of protection over the new entity for the duration of these terms.

And by the way when you added the "in Game time" you basically gave him what (if a turn is a day in Orbis, or something like that)

 

(365 turns/orbis year)* (13 orbis years until 2015)/ 12 turns per irl day gives him like what like 395 irl days until he has to comply with these terms.

Game time pretty clearly refers to Server Time. They're used interchangeably all the time. In case you've somehow missed it all this time, Game Time is listed directly above the turn counter, and as I type this reads

It's used as a standard point of reference, much like UTC or GMT, since people live in these wonderful things called time zones, meaning when you set a date, or time, you need a fixed point of reference for everyone. 

 

In additional to this being the commonly understood meaning of Game Time to pretty much everyone who's ever played on of these games, common sense would also tell you that's what the dates are referring too. It makes less than no sense to refer to the roleplay Orbis date that changes every turn, especially when the dates in the post would be so far away.

 

Also, it's unclear to me why you think he edited the OP. Edited posts show up with a timestamp that says "Edited by "Name, "Date" "Time". You can look at your own post if you need visual proof of what they look like.

I'm not going to hate on the terms because well any decent player would never accept those terms. 

Celestial Union and Valor of Ravens no longer exist so the reps are no longer valid.

And it isn't 2015 ingame yet so Joshua can do whatever he wants and lead alliance until 2015 when he cannot be in government for that ingame year.
