Article 1. Business Intelligence Both signatories commit themselves to sharing any information or data relevant to the security and positioning of one another on the global market. Article 2. Risk Mitigation Both parties enter this agreement with the objective of mitigating any threats posed by external risks. Should either party find itself under attack by third parties, its counterpart is henceforth obligated to allocate its military resources in protection of the attacked party Article 3. Joint Ventures Upon placing their signature, parties are encouraged but not obligated to enter in joint ventures geared towards engaging in proactive philantropy concerning foreign entities. Article 4. Stakeholder Management Should either party engage in unprofitable ventures as a direct result of conflicting interests with a stakeholder not represented in this document, Article 3 will apply. Article 5. Termination of Contract Either party may terminate this contract. In such an event, 72 hours notice is to be given.
