If you use chemical weapons against your enemy it will add a very high pollution in 2 irl days, the pollution will kill high amount of citizens making the enemies revune go down 

it should be available to kill up to 10 -15 procent population and 10 - 20 procent of solders per bomb

Description: Chemical weapons are used for Chemical warfare. The use of chemical weapon will add high amounts of pollution and kill high numbers of soilders and citizens

Currently Wind Power is entirely useless part of gameplay. As in RL, we should be seeing large nations investing in this (or possibly changing it to Solar Power). With large technological innovations and distrust of nuclear energy, more and more nations are looking to switch to other forms of energy that are renewable and clean.

 

National project name: Land and Sea Wind Farms

Small description: "In an attempt to lower your carbon emissions output and improve the environment for your citizens, your nation has invested in the future of the next generation."

Project effect: Increases the Wind Plants from 250 infra to 2500/3500

Resource cost: 9,000 gasoline.png 7,000steel.png 10,000aluminum.png

Cash cost: $95,000,000

 

If you wanted to change the Wind power option to a Solar Power option instead we can tweak this a bit.

 

National project name: Photovaltaic Power Stations

Small description: "In an attempt to lower your carbon emissions output and improve the environment for your citizens, your nation has invested in the future of the next generation."

Project effect: Increases the Solar Panels from 250 infra to 2500/3500

Resource cost: 9,000 gasoline.png 7,000steel.png 10,000aluminum.png

Cash cost: $95,000,000

 

These projects are and should be meant only for large scale nations with the cost to reflect this. Honestly I would figure the costs to be higher but figured there'd be backlash against it if I did.

Small description: Increases production of materials needed in wartime nationwide when your nation enters war.


Project effect: Increases production of munitions, steel, gasoline, and aluminum by 20% when your nation enters war. When war is over, resource production returns to normal. Usage of lead, iron, coal, oil, and bauxite is increased to create the emergency materials.

Small description: Just because your nation doesn't have access to oil, doesn't mean it has to be dependent on oil imports!

Project effect: Oil refineries use Coal instead to produce gasoline (with the same consumption/production rates: 3 coal to 6 gasoline per day)
