How many coups have you had? These raids began back in August after Reznikov was removed. We attempted to maintain good relations with you even after that yet you continued to attack us and completely ignore us, despite our previous friendly history. Your leaders never responded to us, and your attacks continued despite every attempt to reach out, as shown by the comms I just posted above. You continue to maintain innocence yet never made any attempt to address the issues we had with SWF, and instead decided to escalate to total war while claiming to be the victim. You complain us about reaching out to your allies to mediate, yet you never once responded to our requests for diplomacy, except to give me an ultimatum to join you or face destruction. Your lies are laid bare for everyone to see.

Probably because after your coup you guys started raiding us willy-nilly and ignored our comms. Like all good little reactionaries, Socialist Workers Front has shown they are willing to blatantly lie and rewrite history according to their own interests. They've already admitted they see to purge us simply because they see us as competitors. Now they deny we ever treated them as friends. Anyone willing to enter future relations with SWF should keep in mind their tendency to lie and deny the facts, and turn on you at a moments notice, then claim to be the victims. Regardless of your position on the current war, they have shown they cannot be trusted to tell the truth. See below for all the times I have contacted SWF and been completely ignored, despite their claims that we never talked to them. Check the times of the comms. Most other alliances that we have fought have responded to diplomacy, but SWF is the only one aside from VE to completely ignore our attempts to reach out, and the only one to deny we ever attempted to do such a thing. Say what you will about International Revolution, but at least we haven't practiced perfidy or perpetrated lies like SWF has. We've done our best to represent the truth of every situation we've been a part of. Here we are reaching out to SWF under their new leadership to maintain ties after one of theirs attacked us without provocation. No response. Here we are reaching out to SWF after one of their members attacked us again, with an explanation. No response. We wrote to Cigaro, who continually raided us. No response. More raids from Cigaro against us, even after all this (there were more even before this date, but it appears his activity has erased them). Here we finally tire of Cigaro's continuous raids and SWF ignoring us for three months, and take action against him. A message from SWF, and me asking them to tell Cigaro to stop (notice this has bene going on since August, and this message is from 10 days before SWF declared a war of extermination against us). Instead of complying with the request, SWF refuses to acknowledge their, and particular;y Cigaro's history of raiding us, and instead issues a "join or die" ultimatum. Let is be known that any alliance interacting with SWF is subject to this treatment. They have shown that they are willing to deny facts, outright lie, and attempt to suppress history. SWF is truly the most vile of alliances. Not even VE was this bad.

You could try fighting off the other alliances who attack you if you really want to stay independent. There are ways of doing it.

Hello, please show me where I complain about IR being attacked by SWF. That would be me whining about SWF attacking us without any further claims, to narrow your search. Bonus points if you can show me asking for any sympathy. Protip: You can't. This is a public service announcement for other alliances regarding SWF's potential remaining connections to UPN leadership, given the evidence at hand. Comms from their Skype that were posted on the forums at around the time of their declaration show UPN pledging their support for their war against us as well. As they have publicly broken with UPN yet the war continues against us despite peacing their allies, it appears their relationship with UPN continues behind the scenes, and they continue fighting us because we haven't sought out any allies for protection, and can be hit without triggering defensive pacts. From the start:

Ten days ago, the Socialist Workers Front declared war on International Revolution, ostensibly in defense of its allies, Odd Squad and the Evenstar Empire. Since then, the majority of International Revolution's war efforts have been focused on fighting them, rather than against the greater enemy, UPN. SWF claimed to have declared war on International Revolution in defense of their allies Odd Squad and The Evenstar Empire. Whether their entry was actually offensive or defensive in nature is subject to debate, but the result is immaterial to the current situation: International Revolution has reached an official peace with Odd Squad, and has had a de facto ceasefire and peace negotiations with the Evenstar Empire for over a week now. While official peace has yet to be concluded between our two alliances, attacks from both sides against one another have long since stopped. However, despite the fact that hostilities have ended between International Revolution and the allies SWF claimed to defend, they continue to prosecute their war against us. This has greatly hindered our efforts against UPN. Instead of pursuing attacks against hardened targets in conjunction with Coalition forces, we have instead been restricted to striking weak targets of opportunity within UPN, when there exist numerous targets within our range against which we could inflict significant destruction, if not for SWF. Had SWF ceased hostilities against us at around the time that they ended between IR, Odd Squad, and EE, IR forces could have destroyed thousands of UPN tanks, hundreds of aircraft, and destroyed millions of dollars in UPN infrastructure. International Revolution hereby condemns Socialist Workers Front as saboteurs of our war against UPN. Their desire to continue their war against us, when their allies have sought peace with us after deserting UPN, and when there was a distinct lack of animosity between our alliances prior to their declaration of war against us, indicates that despite outward appearances, they may still maintain ties with UPN's leadership. These ties could again be reactivated at a later date when UPN is better able to make use of them. All alliances fighting UPN are warned to bear these facts in mind when considering future relations with SWF.

I can't have an ISIS-themed alliance but I could have a Ba'athist one, despite the fast that Ba'athists have institutionalized terrorism as an instrument of public policy, and have killed way more people than ISIS or Al Qaeda have or likely ever will. lol, so what exactly is a terrorist Sheepy? I mean hell, International Revolution would fit the bill for a "terrorist" group. Plenty of such outfits like us existed during the Cold War, or in the early 20th century and were anarchist instead of Marxist-Leninist or Maoist. The rhetoric pushed by states fighting insurgencies built on such principles was to marginalize them as "terrorists" and to attempt to delegitimatize their struggle. Why is this standard only applied to what I'm assuming are Sunni (not Shia) Islamist themed nations or alliances, when they're the historic new kids on the bloc to "terrorism"? Are you going to start cracking down on people with Israel-themes in their nations, since "terrorism" played a large role in helping to establish the it, and many would argue is crucial to its continued existence? And why is the Confederate-themed alliance allowed if you're going to be enforcing these half-baked, buzzword-based rules? Are you saying a state founded on the principles of white supremacy, and with slavery at its very heart isn't bannable, despite mass terror being used as one of its primary tools of self-preservation (lynchings, brutal repression of slave revolts, whole bodies of laws designed to foment racial divisions and deny people of color their humanity) but "evil Nazis" and "scary transnational Sunni terrorists" are? Is the Confederacy not considered a "terrorist" state because their policies wouldn't have left you in chains, so they get a free pass? How are you even defining "terrorism," and why is that distinguishable from the Soviet alliances we have running around, that enacted terror on scales rivaled only by national socialists in the modern era, and imperial powers (of which there are plenty nations based on) in earlier times? Either let people play as whatever factions they want or please admit that this rule is entirely arbitrary and based on feelings and whatever buzzwords are trending today, and a narrow and superficial understanding of history.

I'm not the one replicating state structures which have been used as a means to domesticate the worker and turn them into a pliable source of surplus value for the capitalists, painting those structures red and placing them under the control of an unaccountable bureaucracy, all while serving as the loyal dog of an imperialist power and claiming I represent the interests of the workers...
