What were you doing (or trying to do): Expand a city and buy infrastructure
What happened (describe thoroughly please): I purchased 100 infrastructure in my city, named Besey, which previously had 1000 infra and it displayed as being powered at 1100 on a single nuclear power plant (which should only power up to 1000 infra).

Maybe. I feel like targeting a particular resource would be awesome though. Perhaps make multiple levels, with a cheaper option to destroy a random good, and a more expensive one to target a particular good? Or maybe make it so that the more expensive you make the operation, the more destructive it is?
