Iran did it to Kuwait, Germany did it to Europe, the U.S. did it to the native American nations. The map on your nation page actually deletes/doesn't show countries VERY, VERY close to you. This is to allow players to see their countries in a crowded neighborhood. You can see how crowded it actually is near you by looking at the map of a country about midway to the edge of your map. I would be interested in seeing some other ideas for making that more relevent. I also don't understand what would be so terrible about weaker players getting jumped by stronger players (within a certain range), since players already more or less have to join alliances for protection. At the beginning of the game your main income is raids, right? But after a of progressing there are less and less inactives. But if you could feed off of the ever growing number of small nations, why would you stop? The game would be full of mid tier location hoppers looking for little guys to pick on. No fair.Even if they were part of an alliance, by the time the mid tier has been countered the damage has been done, resources and cash lost, not to mention military destroyed. Wouldn't location hopping be prohibitively expensive? If you have to spend credits to do it, it's hard to imagine those little guys having enough scratch to make it worthwhile.
