How many threads involving "Titan" have been created within the span of 2 weeks again? If I can recall no one ever stated you could not recruit; yet they stated it would be a slower process. I may be negative but I am expressing I haven't seen anything tangible for the alliance. Of course I have seen cosmetic changes, but I am waiting for the structural. We don't have a forum. You could easily go to forumotion.com and set up something functional.
