A Promotion to Leadership Sarah has led our IA department since Singularity’s inception. We’re happy to announce that she will be stepping into the role of 2IC alongside Keegoz and Tartarus. She’s been a rock, keeping our IA department going throughout our entire history, and we appreciate her dedication to the alliance and her friends here. A New Milcom Head Betta has served as our MA head from the very beginning of Singularity, earning a well-deserved retirement. Kyubnyan will be taking over as the new MA head of Singularity. Kyubnyan did great work in our most recent conflict, and we are excited to see how he performs in the next one. A Shift In FA Leadership My time has increasingly become taken up by IRL as of late. Some days I am completely free, whilst others I have no time at all. Juggling econ, helping to manage internals, and being the de facto point person for FA has begun to spread me a little thin. Because of all of this, it seemed like the best time to hand the reins over. From today, Tartarus will be taking over as our primary FA, and will be the first contact for anyone who wishes to deal with Singularity. I’ll be stepping out of various group chats and such in the coming days. For any FA enquiries going forward, Tartarus is the one to contact. Ideally, this transition will give me the space to focus more fully on managing our internals, without having to juggle so many competing responsibilities, and better fit with my busier schedule. I, and the rest of leadership have full confidence in Tartarus to lead our FA going forward. Poor guy will probably have to deal with any residual drama leftover from my shit, but oh well, that's life. Finally, As of today, Singularity has given 72 hours notice to all of our allies. I know many of you have forgotten this is a game to have fun in. That's the direction we have decided to go however and just because you don't, doesn't diminish our goals. Feel free to consider sitting around doing nothing and then dogpiling someone every 6 months as being successful. I'm sure the 55 active members you lost since the start of that war are thankful for all the fun you provided them. It's unfortunate the ego of the few wrought such havoc upon your membership. While I will never stop mocking such a poor decision, I do feel deeply empathetic towards the Singularity members who had to suffer its consequences.
