Their main problem is with OpSec, and on several occasions (wars with tS being the most apt examples), it seemed like their enemy was aware of the exact time they are going in and managed to screw up the entirety of their plans. It's hard to come back from a first round !@#$-up. Eh. Their own leadership (the MalcomX avatar guy) !@#$ed up his first attacks terribly. I would expect their government to know better at the very least. If I remember correctly, 2/3 of their wars were leaked. The third was announced and nothing really happened other than a trickle of declares from their alliance as the day went on. Perhaps fourth time's a charm.
