I guess there's 3 big blocs nowadays, Paragon, The Covenant and the "Syndisphere" (though I'm not a big fan of calling it that). Thing is, different members of all these blocs have treaties with people in the other blocs, so there's no clear line between them all. Edit: Forgot about this but they're all more or less part of the "Syndisphere" anyway so I don't know man. All these treaties are wack. There have been a few changes since then but nothing radical, they say that the next war will be similar. The thing you need to understand as a new nation though, is that there's not total warfare between the two sides, everyone doesn't declare on everyone else.
