October 9, 2017 Breaking Britannian News At roughly 4:38 AM Britannian Troopers who were patrolling the Ontario Sector dividing the Nova Empire and Britannia were involved in a fatal incident. Two Britannian Troopers as they passed and checked the fences triggered a land-mine killing one and lightly wounding another. As the Nova Empire had set up prior in Ontario, the land-mines were suspected to be planed outside of their bounds to injure expanding Britannian troops. The Commander of the Armed Forces made it clear in an early morning briefing: "If these reports are true and Novan Empire Troops did plant mines in neutral land expecting Britannia to step in them there will be consequences. We ask the Nova Empire government to contact Britannian officials as soon as possible. Hopefully this can be resolved without another war." In order to prepare, Britannian Military armed the Nova-Britannian borders. Various lines of Defence would be established in case Nova's armies overpowered certain points of the Britannian Army. Further orders were relayed out to prepare the Homeland Military. As the Homeland prepared, Emperor Lelouch Vi Britannia was able to strike a deal with The Regime to gain more land closer to home. Once the Other German Nation fell, Britannia was quick to strike a deal among what was left of the nation in order to secure a bit of a land close to the Italian Colony. A small island chain near it was gifted to the Regime as Britannia received the Bahamas.

The Umbrella Naval Deptartment has decided to do training in the Atlantic near the Spanish shores. We will be moving 2 Aircraft Carriers each carrying 60 F-22 Raptor jets, 10 crusiers, 10 Destroyers, 10 Frigates, and 40,000 UBCS Soldiers, who will practice securing beach fronts. They will also use Black Hawks in the training exercise. After these training excersieI'm Europe, we will plan training excersie in the African deserts, than the South Asia's rainforests. These training excersie will be using live rounds, and locations selected have been leased, and ensure their is no civilian population. Security fences have been placed around the border of the training grounds to keep civilians out of the area. Any individual that interferes with these operations will be detained. The Umbrella Corporation is not responsible for any civilian deaths that may take place. All citizens have been notified to stay outside the zone. Thank you for your corporation.

Sabotage Industry: Destroys a random mining improvement (such as oil wells or coal mines) in a random city. 20% chance to fail a la power grid Sabotage Production: Destroys a random production improvement (such as an oil refinery or steel mill) in a random city. Costs .2 munitions per spy and 1.5x base price. ⅓ failure rate. Sabotage Civil Services: Will destroy one random civil service improvement (A hospital or police station, or recycling plant; excludes subways) in a random city. Costs .1 Uranium per spy and triple the cash value. If caught you'll lose twice as many spies due to the radioactive material. Sabotage Business: Destroys one random Commerce improvement (including subways and stadiums) in a random city. Costs .2 munitions per spy and triple the cash value. If caught you'll lose twice as many spies due to arrests in these high-density areas. Sabotage Military Production: Will destroy one random military improvement in a random city. Costs 1 munitions per spy and 5 times the cash cost. Failure rate is more dependent on enemy infantry count (Every 3000 soldiers equates to 1%, but this caps at 30%, or 90,000 troops) and is only slightly effected by their spies (20% as much). Cannot succeed if caught. If caught, 3 times as many spies will be gunned down by guards. Cannot be done "Quick and Dirty".
