The terms of your surrender and P.O.W. status are as follows: -You will maintain no air-force, naval force or tank Force, though you will be allowed to have up to 50,000 troops for self defense purposes only. -You will stay in International Revolution (IR) for the duration of its conflict with Evenstar Empire(EE) and will be allowed to Repatriate to EE once EE has met all of IR's demands for peace. -IR will assist you as needed in defending against outside attacks. -You agree to make yourself useful to IR by adding most of your net production of resources and money to the IR. Bank Trades must be approved of by one of IR's Leaders. Trades with EE are strictly forbidden. As of 10/18 9:58 PM, Kadieann, leader of Commonwellth, has agreed to the terms above and surrendered to the forces of International Revolution. Commonwellth has also been offered $100,000 in reconstruction funds to assist with their recovery. Join the Revolution today!
