Since our conception we have operated with a few Management personnel as well as our Board of Directors. One would think just a few leading the charge would be adequate enough and that the more in leadership the more messy it would be - however- InGen operates a bit differently than your average multi-leadership alliance. Most of us here have been a team for quite some time, stretching back to the birth of some of our nations (a year or more). Throughout that time, we have learned how to work together, where our strengths and weaknesses are and how to coordinate those strengths and weaknesses to form an elite team. When it comes to choosing our management team a lot of effort is put in to find exactly what we are looking for and what weneed to keep thriving in this world. We look at the candidates history in Orbis, experiences in past alliances, what their strengths and weaknesses are, overall public image, as well as a list of interview questions. Basically, new management needs to be able to work in our team setting...and succeed. For 78 days we have operated without a full team, today we are finally complete.
