Popular Post Velyni Vas Posted June 1, 2023 Popular Post Share Posted June 1, 2023 (edited) Peace Treaty Date: June 1st, 2023 This peace treaty, hereafter referred to as the "Treaty," has been agreed upon by all parties involved, marking the end of hostilities and establishing peace between the Coalition powers and O’Fortuna. The terms outlined below are binding and enforceable by Orbis law. 1. Surrender of O’Fortuna: O’Fortuna, as a signatory of this Treaty, formally surrenders to the Coalition powers. O’Fortuna shall immediately cease all hostilities and cooperate fully with the Coalition in the process of transitioning to a peaceful state. 2. Realignment of Alliances: All alliances shall revert to their pre-war color blocs. 3. Implementation and Effective Date: All parties involved in this Treaty acknowledge that the terms outlined in terms 1 to 5 have been agreed upon and accepted. The peace shall come into effect on the in-game day change of June 1st, transitioning into June 2nd. From this point forward, all signatories are obligated to adhere to the terms and work towards long-lasting peace and stability. In addition, wars can either be peaced, completed, or expired with no new wars being declared past day-change. No espionage will be permitted past day change as well. 4. Amendments and Disputes: Any amendments to this Treaty require mutual agreement by all signatory parties. In case of disputes or disagreements regarding the interpretation or implementation of this Treaty, diplomatic channels shall be utilized to resolve them peacefully, in good faith, and with due regard to the principles of fairness and justice. 5. Parties Involved: For Coalition: Rose, Knights Templar, Paradise, Cataclysm, The Knights Radiant, Dark Brotherhood, House Stark, The Fighting Pacifists, The Armed Peacekeepers, Black Knights, Name Withheld, The Forgotten Realms, Daedalus, Arkham Asylum, Mayhem, Bourbon Street, in addition to all extensions and offshores of alliances listed. For O’Fortuna: The Syndicate, Eclipse, Weebunism, Terminus Est, The Legion, The Enterprise, Skull & Bones, The Afterlyfe, Strickland Propane, in addition to all extensions and offshores of alliances listed.
