Seems it should be standard, but at least my farms are starting to function again with radiation going down. (Since this is a treaty, if wanting it to hold should have signatures. No sigs, alliances can always treat it as non binding later & no sigs to show they agreed. Probably case of laziness of speaking to each alliance involved for agreement and just list them all; without an option. Shortcut, but still better to do it right. Even if an alliance doesn't speak up now, if they were listed without saying they agree; they can just break it later & say they never agreed. Similiar to how that NAP extension made into a defensive treaty was broken as soon as the peace agreement before it ran out, many didn't consider it legit. Sounds like you're mad because Event Horizon was punished for breaking norms. Imagine if The Knight Radiant blitzed Event Horizon right now, you would be salty because you guys just rebuilt.
