  1. Can teach you things most alliances won't. Think your infra matters for your revenue? With a fraction of that revenue connected to infra, 138,155.38. Barely makes a difference if you know what you're doing. Can teach many things most allainces won't teach you if motivated to learn how to be unstoppable. Most alliances would rather I don't tell their members builds like this. 3. Someone told me that, but it's like Research and Development Center+gives you access to increase your unit cap or costs. Those costs are initially low, if someone doesn't max it right away. So just over time & those unit amount make a bigger % difference at smaller city counts. I bought it at 28 cities, much higher priiority getting that than additional cities. Gives more extra project slot after than more cities. So far I've just bought 2 upgrades with it, but do see great potential. 06/21 05:32 pm - Cloud built a new project: Military Research Center If were to have my navy at 410 ships, normally a good amount of upkeep on that. When you have max military. Can knock off $41k on daily bills with each upgrading there assuming max military. Can spread out upgrades, where can make your nation work better for how you play. So now that I have it, I can work the changes to my advantage and adapt. Rather than it just costing more aluminum for nukes and planes. Initially the upgrades are really cheap. Project itself, if you've forked over money for satellites or back when we'd be expected to save 300m for projects before going past 19 cities or whatever. It's cheap not that expensive. (Then again I pay for my own stuff, rather than get grants and need to care what others feel is optimal. I got nukes at city 2 as one of my first projects. lol)
  4. Since Planes are the least population capped, the increased price is probably main thing keeping everyone who has it from mostly boosting their air force capacity. Even if the increased costs seemed kind of inconvenient at first, I've adapted to it. Makes resources worth more, what they claimed they deleted countless accounts to try accomplishing. So guess this finally did what deleting all the inactives couldn't.
  5. Why not just say what it's about in here? From what I can gather Camelot and Samurai (Or Samurai at least); seem to be getting hit pretty hard since they or Samurai may have broke a NAP going by Sir Scarfalot last comment in the Samurai DoW. If so, would seem a bad idea for Samurai to agree to NAPs when they can't commit to them in general. I'm just going by this one comment to speculate that. "No u pirates good, NAP breakers bad"
  6. Even if it wasn't the most flattering thing you tried nominating me for, good luck taking charge of the ship.Do wish you luck as a fellow anarchist, usually things are pretty peaceful between us.
  7. How the daily purchases and military cap work? Daily purchases 53, 315 Cap on Ships it shows. 315/5=63; which should be my buy limit. I don't think buying more infra or naval yards is boosting my daily buy. However 53 is generally low, if my infra is really depleted. Would be nice if the buy screen also showed costs of things when you input an amount, etc.
  8. Would rather this didn't cost a project & not give any, then make me try fitting it in with a project without deleting anything. As far as capacity thing, that extra capacity is separate from population cap? So if my ship cap would be 300, but pop capped at 200. Then it would be 300 fully upgraded while my population is low, but could still bring it up to that higher amount to fully utilize all my improvements? Does sound useful. The naval simulator doesn't take account the changes to navy with multiple types of attacks.
  9. So does Rose still do elections if eternal empire now, or do you just mean Rose will last forever? Does emperor of Rose have absolute power on deciding things, or do you need agreement with others in Rose on stuff? (Don't know you, but good luck I suppose with this position during Rose's hard times.)
  10. Last global I fought in was Eclipse vs TKR. Even though I did the most wars declared and won all of them, shortly before they decided to peace it out with TKR; they booted me since I didn't want to pointlessly sit on nuke turrets which were just coming right off beige anyways. So pointless. That was the end of me wasting energy fighting for any of the bigger alliances. (Person they wanted me to sit on pointlessly did come straight off beige to keep nuke turretting as I said they would. After first 2 rounds, the other side gave up trying to beige me. So it got boring anyways, so good it got wrapped up. (Almost forgot about how TKR and Eclipse were feuding back then until the comment right before this one. Remembered why I decided to go things solo mostly for a while, however eventually did let people join me.) I don't hold a grudge over it. I've moved on. (Feel it was probably meant to be I do things my own way, rather than just join existing big alliances. Bigger alliances tend to underestimate the different an individual can make, so tend not to be grateful if you do help. So kind of pointless for micro to care to get involved on a side in these. I never had a grudge against TKR, was just keeping all my offensive slots constantly busy; since of course going to win if I'm going to be in a global and I was in eclipse at the time. So whatever.) Spent some time on unaligned after that raiding, not joining any alliance or even making an AA, decided just to refine my fighting ability further where not reliant on anyone. Although eventually did join up with some micro who was saying I'd still be free to raid anyone I want.) Some people wonder why I don't join bigger alliances, even though wars would be really easy with more nations to coordinate with, guess that was when I decided against joining the bigger ones & being reliant on them at all for anything. Would be really hard for any of the major alliances or alliances in general to convince me to join at this point. Towards the end of my last nation, I was co-leader of top 3 alliance statwise at the time, since they really wanted me to join and were offering that position. So have been really high gov, top 2 of top 3 alliances in this game before. So have played various styles. So been there done that. Also in other nation sims I've risen to leader in alliances & major blocs. Can be fun challenging myself with different game play styles.
  11. Kind interesting how this global has been playing out. Where some fronts will be open, with many alliances not involved. Then as some fronts close, others open. So it's still ongoing for many.
  12. This seeming animosity between Singularity and TKR is kind of interesting. Not really sure the origins of it. (I don't really have a particular dislike of either of them.)
  13. While this is true, we only know the Singularity one is being cancelled since Singularity announced it. Whether it was cancelled because Singularity wanted to do it or Eclipse did; but Singularity wanted to get ahead of it with the announcement isn't known. So we'll see how it goes with some of their other treaties. (Better for Singularity to make it out like their decision and freedom, if they were getting dropped. Even if possible they wanted to cancel it. Long term trying to keep the top spot by having a ton of treaties is likely to backfire anyways.)
