People assumed it was bait in order to justify Pacifica entering the war. The whole phrase "if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, its probably a duck" is what happened. It's a logical assumption. Happens all the time like how people assume Chaos and KETOG are going to cuddle next to the fire after this war. Sure, it can look like we are dating but it's more like roll people and chill. Either way tS hitting Grumpy was interference into the "greater" war which is what really gets under people's skin. I appreciate them taking a swing and standing by their word as well. Something you don't see much of these day. Hats off to you tS.

When they done nothing to show anyone that it was disbanded than it forces people to speculate and mouth off. This war was their opportunity to prove that it was over and that they were serious. Instead of showing the world and all the "haters" wrong they decided to prove them right. Maybe I'm just getting old and forgetting the past but Pacifica has always been a strong willed alliance. Which is why I am shocked they entered the war.

Hey George it's been awhile. The moment your plans got leaked you forced Chaos and KETOG to react. They had the choice of either, waiting for the plans to come to fruition or hit now. Choosing to work together and taking the initiative in the war is by far the best option. Doesn't matter how it ends since waiting for them to get hit would have hurt alot more. The biggest problem I have, and many others have, is that the blob is forcing the same old cycles. How many times do we all have to fight the same people? Sure there are minor shifts but all in all it's the same old song and dance. Your guys inability to shift creates stagnation instead of creating the drama that would feed the masses with the entertainment that they so desperately desire. Think about how fun it would be to see the build up of TC vs Chaos posturing on the forums and maneuvering in the back channels to gain enough support to effectively put each other down. I don't mean building mass coalition that dogpiles that we seen before but getting that little "edge". I was looking forward to a SOUP-FR rivalry developing or Acadia waking up from its slumber to challenge someone. Instead all we got was a group sitting here activating every treaty they can in a massive chain with minimum effort. Alliance leaders have to start taking some responsibility for the entertainment of the game. Pacifica saying "we don't care, we do what we want" is the wrong attitude. As a top alliance they have an obligation to entertain. No different than any alliance on the KETOG/Chaos side. Which is something we have tried to do and honestly, been doing. Although, I applaud T$ for "taking out a threat" and getting the forums blowing up. I just cannot help but worry about what it could do for the game. It makes N$O look like they still haven't removed themselves from IQ which could mean we completely revert back to a two sided unbalanced, political game. Where dogpiles are the only form of war. That's enough, I'm tired of this childish nonsense. Since the moment I walked into the Kitchen to see what happened I went to gather both sides of the story. I do not condone OOC cheap shots. The person you are defending was tossed for a just cause. No different than I would be or anyone else in the alliance. I do not sit at the "cool" kids table and have never been accused of being cool before. Lefty and cool are not even in the same world. The both of you are people I truly enjoy chatting with and I wish you both nothing but the best. Now, I think it is time for us all to move on. Good luck.

That is the whole purpose. Whenever anyone mentions soup when there is no need to than it just adds to our entertainment. One of the reasons I enjoy you and your character so much is that you do as you like for your own entertainment. No different than us.

That's all fair and nice but my understanding is that BK would be obligated to defend the bloc. These guys are quite handicapable to stand on their own two feet without needing to group treaty BK for protection. Unless they just want to say screw it this is BK's protectorate bloc.

The whole bloc is tied to BK, right? So just give them that weird blue spot.

Since when did online moderation become a beacon of "fairness"? Alex did ban based on an assumption but in an extraordinary case of exploiting the game where the community needed something done. In most games I've played that is more than enough evidence.

Why are you linking political actions in game based upon politics of the game with a moderation conversation? TKR getting stomped on during Knightfall is part of the game and part that members accept. Cheating is not. It's completely different. I've already explained my issue with the player base taking the moderation reigns and I even told you what should have been done to correct the situation. If you cannot understand that than we have nothing left to talk about.
