I'm going to go ahead and refrain from basing my foreign policy on premature cries about phantom hegemonies which began literally a week into a 6 month NAP while other parties began signing various treaties. Instead i'll resume being myself, an actor who has -to his own detriment- torpedoed the status quo whenever stagnancy threatened to arise in the past years while others sat around eating crayons.

I have my own reasons for leaving pantheon, I was in the faction less than 10 days after joining PoW, Fought in two Global Wars for them and have been an active part of the alliance. When I joined Pantheon was in the Top 5 alliances and it's score was double what it is now. I stayed when over half of the alliance left. However following the recent server dispute I decided I no longer wanted to be a part of an alliance which I believed had lost some internal organisation.

I find the use of "offshore" alliance banks a confusing gimmick that doesn't really improve gameplay. Alliances are effectively forced to use this gimmick to remain competitive, and I think that discouraging its use would be better for everyone. I have a few suggestions on how to do that: Set stricter standards on alliance creation: Nation must be at least 30 days old to create an alliance Nations can only create one alliance every 30 days (to prevent constant new alliance creation) Disable alliance banks when alliances have less than 5 members While the specific threshold could vary, in my opinion every "real" alliance has at least 5 members. This requirement would prevent frivolous 1-man "offshore" alliance banks, and would increase the probability of an offshore being raided (and thus discourage the use of "offshores" altogether) I think that these changes would discourage the creation and use of "offshore" alliances, which again, in my opinion don't add anything valuable to the game but instead force others to use the same gimmick to be competitive. These improvements to game mechanics would help to eliminate situations like this: https://politicsandwar.com/alliance/id=7244 That alliance has one nation with 0 score and is effectively "unraidable." Alliance banks are not intended to exist to eliminate the possibility of money and resources being looted.

However I hope with this peace there can be prosperity and with prosperity there can be growth. Just for clarity, since I have been asked what the MAP is about: There exists no treaty or any type of secret friendship agreement between Mythic and The Blitzers. Nevertheless, enjoy hitting Pantheon with us ?

There is no treaty between Mythic and Arrgh and there is certainly no treaty between Mythic and KT. What Arrgh has given Mythic is a recognition. For clarity, both of them are not expected to help out in this. This is more a shitpost by Aether (who is not gov) than an official announcement, but yes we have a conflict with Pantheon ongoing.

I have come bearing news to all of Orbis. We have achieved an end. An end to the war that sought the destruction of communities all around. Peace has come to Orbis. A peace which shall bring forth growth and prosperity to all who have managed to survive. A peace that shall restabilize our world and bring forth new ideas. I have here, in my hand, a document with many signatures on it that I would like to read out to you. Starting on 2/20/2020 - all alliances involved in the global clusterfrick war - will have a 6mo NAP with the agreement of white peace. Of course you can easily void out of this, but for the sake of sanity - this game needs a break. There are no reps, no victories or defeats, no nothing. Just ending this conflict and moving forward. Any battles involving the alliances who has not accepted this agreement will be considered raids and will be treated as such by the respective alliances who are involved. We are officially declaring this war done. Some of you may disagree with a NAP being in place, but considering this war went on as long as it did and the impact it had on multiple communities - I'm sure it's more than understandable in this particular case. Let's get things back in order and allow @Alex some time to bring out new changes. If you don't care, well, can't really stop you but I think many of us are just simply tired of the drama and conflict. Activity needs to spike back up in multiple alliances once more.
