But when I had my gov set as Democracy I wasn't getting the income boost. Spent a good 2 weeks without getting the boosted income. Yeah, at first I saw it wasn't showing on the revenue page and thought "Oh, I guess it's folded in with something else?" but then I changed gov and nothing happened to my income.
