TLDR; TLDB; Tempest Order surrenders to The Coven and reconciliation can now occur. 1.) Tempest Order surrenders to The Coven. 2.) Tempest Order and The Coven agree to a 60 Day NAP. 3.) Tempest Order will change their flag for 1 week. 4.) Tempest Order agrees to pay $750m over the course of 2 months. 5.) Tempest Order apologizes to The Coven for false statements given to The Coven's allies during the war. 6.) All wars will be ended by peace or natural resolution. We as The Coven apologize to the general members of Tempest Order for the unfortunate circumstances of the war and wish all of Tempest Order a speedy recovery.
