Occurred during the Mensa vs Arrgh war primarily after Mensa steamrolled them down, at which Arrgh turned around and picked off people one by one with updeclares. They would later go on to use it elsewhere. Some of the Euros in Mensa left and joined Arrgh, where they really tested it out and expanded on it. Then when we warred them, that's when it began to shine. Was a fun war, honestly.
