Edit: Nevermind. It finally deleted my nation.
You must have forgotten about it, but your bank records showed that you had made a deposit on April 10th, two days after the deposit you are referencing on April 8th. That's why it still wasn't letting you delete. Now that it has been three days since the 10th, it finally allowed you to delete. Just wanted to clarify this for any game staff that may later read it, so they don't think there's a bug.

That is completely irrelevant to the topic of this post, and I can assure you almost nobody here can answer that for you. That would be a question you have to ask the alliance's government and if they refuse to answer, then that says more about them than you.

No lol. It's a nice middle ground between MDoAP and ODoAP such that if your ally decides to attack someone that you decided not to attack with them (optional aggression clause and all), you can't be drug into the war by the mutual defense part if an ally of the alliance your ally hit attacks them. You are still obligated to protect your ally in the event of a direct, unprovoked attack.

A member of our prot, FSO, raided Minstero Rupublic (timeline here) and later had war declared by Republika of Ohio (timeline here) with the reason "NONE SHALL EVER DECLARE WAR ON MINSTERO RUPUBLIC!" Upon checking the multi-buster (here), I found they conveniently had a shared IP with a last access date lining up very closely with the other's last active time. Not very convincing information, but enough to raise red flags for me and warrant investigation.

I would assume it is for PV, MS, and IT. I have received confirmation in the past that it is from lost units on both sides, though, so in your example you should get 50 steel.

It's not meant to have a purpose outside of mindless gambling to pass time and I'm pretty sure Alex kept the stakes low on purpose. Furthermore, I know at least two people have won the big jackpot and I know of someone who has lost a lifetime of $8 billion to keno. So... yeah. I don't think it needs to change.

I mean... the primary reason, in my eyes, that most alliances have Do Not Raid (DNR) policies is to avoid unnecessary escalations outside of when an alliance decides to formally declare war for whatever casus belli(s) they desire. Furthermore, it prevents the game, at least for these top alliances, from devolving into being primarily about war rather than involving politics as well.
However, I do agree that NAPs are mostly bad for the game and this one was especially weird with the sub-c10 rule (in my opinion). Furthermore, I tend to like when alliances come to agreements about what types of raids are and are not allowed between their members as well as the terms of such agreements. For example, when I was MA and FA for Aurora, I had seen deals made where an overly inactive member could be raided so long as anything looted from the bank was returned and deals where we mutually agreed to allow applicant raiding under certain conditions.
TL;DR: I like rules (DNR) and believe they have a specific purpose, but enjoy seeing alliances make raiding deals.
