That said, you chose to launch a cheap missile strike right before surrendering. This is an attempt at maximizing damage done and a clear show of intent to continue aggression. We therefore deem your surrender to be in bad faith. Similarly, your initial surrender post (which has now been edited) and overall posting style in this thread is nothing but accusatory and aggressive. You have shown no intent to lay down your arms, nor any willingness to cooperate in good faith. Lastly, we take into account your prior position within DEIC, both as (ex)government, and a prominent member. As such, your request has been denied and $yndicate Associates at war with you have been ordered to resume attacks. While this individual had held a Cornerstone applicant tag and flew our flag temporarily, please do not consider this representative of how we operate because it is not.
