An option would be to talk to the major alliance leaders and see if they'll spread the word on their alliance forums and/or in-game alliance announcements. Alternatively, you could do the latter yourself.

I have spammed major public channels a few times already and I think people have seen it. Some may not know who to vote for etc. Idk I more of just wanted to bump it incase someone forgot to vote and sees this thread again. Not bad voter wise though I think it is enough to give clear results so far.

As a clarification on when the voting will close:

 

Because I try to get this glorious thing called sleep sometimes I wont be able to close the voting right at the start of the 24th, therefore I will close the voting on the 24th at 8:00 PM Central Standard Time (that is the time scale I am on). So please finish voting before that time.
