I think that's a reasonable point and I can see that being highly frustrating. That said, I think that shows MoonPie in a bit of a bad light too regarding war. I was the nation that he hit; I got the notification on my phone, immediately rebuilt and got both a ground and an air IT. It was pretty easy from there, even when seeker hit too.

Vanek very much deserves a shoutout for military strategy and planning too. He's intelligent about it and puts in a ton of effort, with results you're all familiar with.

TKR get my vote at this point. They've weathered anything thrown at them and still keep coming back for more.

Seems like a personality clash to me. Teneges must've liked Partisan et al, and val, gandalf et al didn't really, and got on more with people on the other side. That's how the decision to switch reads to me.

I'm sad to lose SK as an ally personally, we've been through an awful lot together. From following you in the VE war on through, we've had some good times together. I'd like not to have to fight in the future, maybe I'll get that wish. I wonder, do you guys feel the same on your side? Are we friends in spite of the lack of paper? I see you've had a fair amount of government turnover since then, were any of you around for that war?

The space race was all about prestige. Russia was winning but got pipped at the line by the moon landing. They couldn't top that. Also Jebediah is clearly the winner. (5 internets to anyone that gets the reference.)
