From my perspective at that time as a member of the USA a year ago, Lord Baltamore was tasked by the German Union, Bryon White's replacement, to create a colony, this was USA. Lord Baltamore informed me in a PM that this would be a revolt against the FSA due to the injustice that occured within the alliance. Of course this had been attempted before when Bryon White was still around and failed epically. Though I wasn't really in the forums I had no idea what was occuring. All I knew was that there was several alliances and ourselves fighting against the FSA demanding its dissolution. I had no idea we were attacked, but that was a year ago.

Although I do apologise for the grave dig (stupid LoP), this is correct. All we did was declare war on FSA after a few of their members raided tS. Hell, I even remember Partisan telling us not to declare any new wars against FSA members fleeing to other alliance, including USA and then poof, FSA disappears.
