Why? Here are the top reasons: We're neutral: that means we hug our pixels so tight we've had several complaints of broken monitors from our members. We're tight-knit: which is a euphemism to say "we're tiny and we're developing cabin fever, please send help". We have a robot: well, sort of. He hangs out in our public IRC channel, #sigma, where he listens to people chat and tries to form his own sentences using what he's heard.
